This bone broth is in powder form and so easy to use. Packaged in a sturdy plastic tub with a screw top lid and a scoop supplied in each one. The suble flavour does not interfere if it is added to other drinks. I like a mug full by adding hot water to 2 scoops of powder with a slice of butter in to drink with my meal.

I ventured into trying this Bone Broth Beef Protein Powder due to my struggles with SIBO and an interest in the carnivore diet. Here's my take:Likes: Clean Ingredients: Being 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised beef, this powder aligns perfectly with my dietary restrictions. No unnecessary additives mean I can manage my SIBO without flare-ups. Taste: While it tastes exactly like a beef stock cube, which might not be everyone's cup of tea, I personally find it quite comforting and straightforward. It's unflavored in the best way, allowing for versatility in use without an overpowering taste. Digestibility: The biggest win for me is that it doesn't cause any gastrointestinal distress. It's gentle on the stomach, which is a massive relief when you're dealing with sensitive digestion issues.Dislikes: Flavor Expectation: For those not expecting it, the stock cube taste might be off-putting. It's not sweet or neutral like many protein powders, so it's an acquired taste or something to mix with stronger flavors.

I chose this as I wanted to cut down on the artificial sweetners and additives in Whey protein, although this has a fairly beefy taste to it I usually add to a coffee which masks the taste and with this having only the 1 ingredient makes me feel better about having a more natural protein source!

I bought this to put in coffees, scrambled eggs etc to up my protein but can only put it in sauces etc when cooking as it’s got a distinct “meaty “ smell and taste !

It can be combined with any food, cold or hot ( I don't recommend it with water though). Easy to digest.

Quite a small amount is needed, so easy to to take. Mixes well but tastes a bit.
