Item arrived next working day and in good packaging.Unboxed and played it immediately to check and test. Soft tone with light touch is incredible, even with my playing. Range of tone, depth and colour is also impressive. Repeat keys not so good, but also due to my lack / loss of technique. I primarily use this as piano.It is a digital instrument anyway. Maybe as a purist, the tone is nothing compared to what you get on an acoustic. since you get all sorts of other environmental factors too. And yes the key action gives us a sense of control and feedback that is kind of what you expect when playing an acoustic. In any case, playing a note with different temperament, you get different tone varying in characteristics such that I don't get an impression the sound are samples, or clever rendition of samples. That said, I haven't tried other key actions e.g. Yamaha, Kawai etc.I also chose this given it is relatively portable. In fact, after testing it, I have now put it sideway next to a shelf because that's a convenient and safe place for it.

What can I say but that it’s amazing. Love the feel of the keys , sound and looks. I chose this because of Roland’s reputation for quality instruments and was not disappointed. Well worth the money.

Full size, weighted keys. Great quality sound. Lots of features that I haven't explored yet but can record and playback which is very helpful.Comes with a foot pedal but would recommend buying a sturdier version if using frequently.Excellent value for money and delivered quickly - neither price nor speed of delivery could be matched elsewhere.

PROS:- Super good price point for a Roland product.- Has a USB midi.- Great for general practice at home.- Hammer action: 'Supernatural' and has a great feel.- The colour is very nice and sleek.- Easy to use- Works well with Logic Pro X- Superb sound from built-in speakers.CONS:- The standard Roland pedal doesn't stay put.- No basic mod-wheels! Bye bye pitch bend and modulation :(- No MIDI input/output- Not very portable, its pretty heavy!Overall, I love this piano to bits. The sound is superb, and the feel is really natural as expected from Roland's 'Supernatural' tech. Works great as a home piano!

This is a great sounding digital piano, that lets you hook your tablet or phone via a midi to c port cable etc. or using the wifi, you can also pair it via the blu tooth to blu tooth speakers, the on board speaker is also pretty good, headphones are also an available option, it comes with a damper pedal, and its sturdy and well built, so easy to set up and get started, it is a little heavy for me, I have mine on a z frame with wheels.

Mi tercer piano Roland
Este es el tercer piano Roland que he comprado. Tengo un LX-708, y compre el FP-30X para la casa de mí hermana, y aunque es un modelo de entrada, la calidad del sonido es de hecho muy buena. Además de q se puede conectar a las mismas Apps de los modelos avanzados, para accesar las opciones desde un tablet. He checado otras marcas, pero la calidad del tono, del sonido y materiales de Roland hacen que sea mi opcion favorita. Vale la pena comprar el mueble de Roland, pero el pedal en otra marca sale en un fraccion del precio por la misma calidad.

Es precioso y... CALIDAD ROLAND
The media could not be loaded. Con el título creo que no hay nada más que decir.Un teclado precioso, con unas teclas premium, un tacto perfecto, una sensibilidad a la pulsación perfecta de serie. (Para iniciados en contrapesadas bajar un poco la dureza).El sonido es ESPECTACULAR. Vengo de un Yamaha Piaggero NP V60 y, a pesar de que el concepto de teclado es muy distinto, la diferencia es abismal.Llevo unos días probándolo y creo que tengo teclado para toda la vida... Hasta que pueda permitirme un buen pianoforte.Conectividad perfecta, y el modo "profesor" hace un Split perfecto y se hace muy cómodo para enseñar a mis hijos.No veo contras, el precio es muy bueno para semajante nivel de calidad. Quizá podría destacar que al no tener pantalla toda la configuración interna la realizas a través de su aplicación y es un poco arcaica. Pero con trastear un rato te haces a ella.Nada más que decirte, Roland. Buen trabajo.
