    This made my chair much more comfortable to sit in - although it means you sit further out because it leaves you with less space on the actual seat.I prefer firm back supports. This is slightly on the softer side because of the memory foam, but much better than the other rubbish memory foam (soft and squishy) backrests on the market.I like the contour of this, and the way it grips the sides of your back - so that you don't lean on either side (which is what i do without it)I think this is a great improvement for long drives in my 2013 ford fiesta, which has a decent seat, but not as good for the back. And more better for my classic car, because there's no concept of lumbar support in that car!

    Definitely worth buying for stiff chairs with no back support, especially gaming chairs. Used for a week and here are my thoughts.Pros: Cheap, comfortable, and adds good full-back support. Got rid of any pain sitting since using this.Cons: Not really the high quality "memory foam", but it has grown less stiff over the time I have used it.

    Been using this for a long time now as I have a herniated disc in the L5-S1 region that's compressing the S1 nerve root.What this means for me is that I find it difficult to sit in any chair.Thankfully since getting this support I now have one chair in the house that I can sit in comfortably which is saying something because I spent the longest time being able to only lay down.It's brilliantly supportive, fits really well on my chair and provides pain relief so I can sit comfortably.Very easy to fit onto desk chairs and other chairs that the straps will go round but can even be used just placing into an armchair if needed.Great value for money, would buy again if needed.

    Feels like it is starting to go soft, but still helps to relieve pressure on my lumbar, so I am still managing it, don’t know if I am enjoying it so much again though. But it is definitely better than none.
