This is the best workout book I've used.Great protective covers for when I through it on the floor and spill dextrin on it at the gym. Plenty of space. I only really use the daily workout pages but there's useful tracking sections in there if you need that.

I normally just write my work out log into a plain notebook. I found this workout log and had a closer look. At the top of the page you can can record the date; day; training focus ie. legs;back etc. The rest of the page is laid out to record up to 11 exercises. To the right of this you can record weight and reps up to 6 sets. Plenty enough for most gym users. At the bottom of the page is a section for recording your cardio type with level; time and ovals. Underneath this is a small section for additional notes you may want to add. This workout log is gold! Much better than the notebook I was using previously.

This is just the right size, layout is good, I specifically like the weights to rep layout (I've seen some others that have them side by side but I prefer above/below).Seems pretty sturdy and well made. My one thing is the pages, for me and probably me only, are a bit thick. I'm weird and prefer thinner pages (husband tells me that's not normal all the time 🤷🏻♀️😆) but that's just a personal preference. If you like slightly heavier thicker pages you'll like this book.

Really like this. Clear, easy and fast application for mid sesh workouts. Allows you to pre plan and post review session. Also makes you feel like Dorian Yates logging ever detail. You can look back and see how weak, I mean strong, you are. Good size and like the plastic cover / backing for versatility.

For the price it'd okay.I wish it had a section next to each exercise where I could put notes on how to improve how I felt etc so it's more detailed for me.

Great little gym book!Very intuitive lay out, loads of pages, lots of space to write and record your workouts.Currently being used by my 14 year old in order for him to learn and improve, He loves it! (he's a national level athlete developing under supervision of qualified gym staff).

An Awesome Tool to Use on Your Fitness Journey
I'm a personal trainer, and I provide one of these booklets for each of my clients. This way we can easily keep track of their weight and measurements, their goals and what they're doing in each of their workouts. It's also a great tool for progression.
Simple and perfect
This is exactly what I was looking for! It’s simple and straight forward with a clean, easy layout. I love the spiral binding because it lays flat. Great product- check the pics and size and enjoy!

Has everything I need to write for a day's workout. Really enjoy the new cover material. Seems more durable than the previous.
Great Fitness Tracker for Any Serious Lifter
This book is a great way to track your progress in the gym.I’ve been able to to work on my weak areas more and see how I’m progressing by using this notebook.I will say though that the pages tend to rip easy so if you’re not careful your pages will rip.Also the text boxes are fairly small in size so you do have to write in small handwriting.
