    Well constructed steak knives that have a tough wooden handle. I tested these by cutting raw fish, raw chicken and cheese which the knives handled really well. If you don't have decent knives to prep food these will be a good substitute.The handles are secured well on to the blades, the handles are, a little larger than other steak knives I've had which gives better leverage if you're using for food prep or have a tougher piece of meat to cut through. The blades are good and strong too.A set of six is what I'm used to with steak knives so getting a four set seemed quite unusual.

    Bought these as steak knives, now we use them daily as they are brilliant for cutting everything. The dye came off the handles to start with but after about the 6th wash they are fine. Would recommend.
