My nails have never been better.
I was skeptical, but tried these anyway since I had weak, thin fingernails. Wow, I must've been really low on biotin before. My nails have grown in so strong and surprisingly shiny. I feel like I can start wearing nail polish again. This is great! As a bonus, these gummies are delicious.

Thicker Stronger Hair and Nails
We have been taking this product for about 3 months now. We are 44 and 49. I Swim 5 days a week and the chlorine has been tough on my hair. I am already slightly grey, but my hair just looks bleached after all my swimming. Recently I took a break from swimming, and noticed my hair was coming in thicker and darker than before. Its amazing how big a difference some vitamins can make for your hair. My wife has very fine hair, and has been suffering from breakages. Since starting to take this product her hair is now thicker, darker and stronger. Giving her the confidence to try color without worrying the products would damage her hair. We have it on auto ship now. Its an every day product for us now.
Stronger nails and tastes yummy!
I love these gummies so much. They taste really good just like candy and I've noticed that my nails have been less brittle. My nails used to break super easily but now they're much stronger and don't break while doing various tasks.
Works great
Energy level increased, color is fine, taste good without too much sugar. They melt easily. The two bottles are a real value. The blurred out face in the pictures is me in June of 2024 and Sept 2024 and how biotin has helped my hair! My hair strength and growth is unbelievable! However, there are other brands that contain much less sodium so I will be going back to one of those.
