This is my second order, and I cannot recommend enough. They are bmveru effective. In no time, my nails got very strong and my hair thickened. It also started growing very fast. They are easy to swallow and do not leave an aftertaste.

Good Effective cause I see my Neil's grows so quickly and still seeing whether my hair has grown by taking it. The pill sized is very small so easy to swallow on it's own but I still take water with it. I don't know the taste. I just swallow quickly. Good value for money. However unsure to say about hair growth since it's early stages.

Very easy to swallow as the tablet is very small, haven’t been taking for long, but have noticed a slight improvement with my nails, definitely not as soft as they were. Also my hair seems slightly more thicker. So all told performance up to now is an improvement.Hopefully will see more of a difference in the future.

Reason my review is only on a 3 star is because I have only been using these for 2 weeks and I know it takes around 90 days to see results. The tablets are small so very easy to swallow and they don't leave any after taste which some vitamins do. I will update my review after 90 days to say if they work or not

I started taking this because I had lost a lot of hair due to medical treatment. Within two months I can tell that my hair is growing back, I can feel the difference and see new baby hairs all over my head. I had always had long thick hair, and it was distressing for me to lose my crowning glory , so I am relieved and happy to have discovered thi effective remedy.
Most effective biotin tablets I have ever taken
I love taking these tablets, they're really tiny, very easy to dissolve and swallow and the best thing about them is that they work! My hair has gotten longer and thicker just in the last 4 weeks I have been taking them and my nails are a little bit thicker and less brittle as well, I just had my nails done for the first time and a long time where I did not have to get the S&M fake nails but instead did the gel with my natural nails and it was such a good feeling! I will definitely continue taking these and would recommend them to anyone.
