    I spend a lot of time in the smallest room when I'm stressed out and recently had some stuff going on which was extra stressy. Carob bars are a tried and true way to bind things back up just enough, without any rebound, because they contain natural pectin, I've relied on them for 20+ years and they never fail me. Hard to find in stores so I bought a box, half or a whole bar at night usually does the trick. Very sweet, and the orange oil taste lingers, but I'd eat them even if they tasted like gorilla toenails because of the digestive help. Not cheap but better value in bulk than in stores, and not easy to traipse around shops looking for them at times like this either. Great stuff, thank you Caroboo!

    This is the best tasting carob bar have ever had. However please be aware that it contains chicory root fibre which contains inulin (a type of indigestible fibre). I came to realise that if I ate an entire bar it would give me quite a gripey gut! Not everyone suffers this though, and apart from this, all their carob bars are awesome in flavour/texture. I have learned I can only toletate a small amount at a time. I gave one to my friend and she did not suffer too badly, so clearly it is not a foregone conclusion that this affects everyone. Her opinion was that any slight discomfort was outweighed by how delicious it is, lol!
