Forceval Soluble is an enriched multivitamin food supplement with a Forest Fruits flavour. Each effervescent tablet contains 24 essential vitamins, minerals and trace elements and can be used to help supplement a healthy diet. Each pack contains 30 sugar free multivitamin tablets in a convenient once-a-day formulation.
For use as a multivitamin tablet for women, men, and children over the age of 12. Each pack contains 30 sugar free multivitamin tablets in a convenient once-a-day formulation. Forceval Soluble is an effervescent multivitamin with key vitamins such as Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B, Vitamin E, Zinc and Folic acid.
Forceval Soluble helps to:
1) Support your immune system - Contains Vitamin B12, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin D. Each help to support the normal function of the immune system.
2) Maintain normal bone, muscles and teeth - Contains Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D. Each help to maintain normal bone, muscles and teeth.
3) Contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue - Contains Folate, Iron, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12, Vitamin C. Each help to contribute to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue.
4) Support normal function of nervous system - Contains Magnesium, Niacin, Potassium, Biotin and Copper. Each help to support the normal function of the nervous system.
5) Maintain normal formation of red blood cells - Contains Iron, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin B6. Each help to maintain normal formation of red blood cells.

Can’t go wrong with these as this is the brand NHS prescribe. Easy to take in water each day. Taste is absolutely fine. These are perfect if you aren’t absorbing nutrients from your food. Quite expensive but saves buying lots of different vitamins.

The vitamin contents are excellent, but the effervescent tablets make a drink that makes me nauseous every morning until I sandwich the drink between bites of a hearty breakfast. The drink is also very sugary tasting. And there seems to be a residue of chalklike substance at the bottom of the cup after I drink it.
