    The problem with trying to sort a back problem caused a pillow, mattress or chair is that everyone’s issue is so unique you can’t really rely on others experiences to find the solution. So if you’re reading this and despairing at ever finding the cushion that help you, you have my deep empathy. So many things have rave reviews about curing pain, it’s depressing to order it and then know instantly on trying it won’t help. All I can say is keep going, keep trying and returning items until you find something that helps! This cushion, along with lowering my footstool, significantly helped with an achy lower back issue from a sofa that didn’t quite fit my height. Losing weight and walking more also really helped. I love this cushion, it’s soft, comfy and the arms are helpful props if you read or use your phone a lot. It helped me, I hope it helps you, but if not, keep trying!

    I bought this as I had some surgery which meant I needed to stay in bed for a few days. I wanted to able to sit up and watch TV, so bought this and didn't really know what to expect.Upon receiving it, you take it out of the packaging to allow for it to get to full size, this takes a day, or so.When I came to use it, I was very impressed. It did exactly what I wanted it to day and was very comfortable.I recommend this product for anyone needing something like this

    This was bought as a present for my wife as she wanted to have something in bed to prop her up for reading or watching movies on her phone/tablet.Although this is comfortable enough and the cover is nice and furry, the height means that it will most likely be okay to support you to the top of your back but not extend as far as your head. I'm currently using this as my wife has found another solution and I put a pillow behind my head as well.

    I love this. The quality is decent and it’s comfortable. The only issue I’ve had is when it came to washing the cover there was a lot of fluff from the inside of it, and over time it’s stating to lose shape, but still I’m pleased with the purchase.

    I purchased this as I had a back injury and having started driving again I needed to find a cushion/or cushions to protect my back. I wasnt sure I had made the right choice but it did mention "support" and that was what I was looking for. Having put it on the car seat I had to adjust the seat so there was enough room to place the cushion in a comfy position. It works great!! very supportive and comfortable. Wraps around my back at the sides and feels very comfortable. Its soft but there is a firmness that I was looking for. Overall lovely colour blue, soft faux fur and zips to remove and wash. Yes would recommend highly.

    I need to send it back, I bought it for my wife who needed it to help to sit up in bed. I opened the box it was delivered in. I took it out the plastic and followed the instructions by leaving it on a flat surface for 24 hours. The next day I picked it up from the handle and the handle came apart - I then picked up the item from the side and the top stiching came apart. I would have returned it by now but I have been looking after my wife who has been in and out of hospital - I am unable to take a picture at the moment as I am in hospital looking after my wife

    Bought this for a friend bedridden with cancer and it’s perfect. I actually used it yesterday while visiting her.I don’t understand the reviews as I checked them as well as several other pillows. Some reviews have said it’s hard….it needs to be firm to support someone sitting up in bed. I’ve had this type of pillows before that don’t offer enough support and they didn’t work any better than stacking up ordinary bed pillows. This one is perfect firmness and a bit smaller than others so much more comfortable and less floppy than a few I’ve owned and used for my elderly Mom over the years. It’s also pretty and has removable washable cover. AND a loop for handle for lifting or moving. And doesn’t take up the whole bed and disturb the other person in bed. I’m very happy with this purchase and am going to order one for myself. Trust me this pillow is great for the purpose it’s intended for.

    The cushion is big and puffy and as described. It is made of a medium or darker gray (not light gray) and is fleece. it is puffy/a good size and serves its purpose of providing extra back support. Happy with the product and would purchase again. Might be a bit too warm to use in the summer since it's fleece but I'm happy with it
