Step: Sharpen the tip of the pen and round it slightly on a cosmetic cloth or the back of the hand. Step: pull the outer lip angle, the cupid arch and the middle of the lower lip and connect the lines together. Step: fill the lips easily with the pen, so the lipstick lasts longer.
