    Washed Percussion Marley jacket & trousers and then re-proofed using a nromal wash cycle at 30% and clothes came out clean, yet to go out in the rain and see how the re-proofing has worked but the clothes didn't leak anyway. Seems to do a good job

    Product came missing a bottle cap, luckily the seal was unbroken so no spillage. Must have come off during packing. Bolo's procedure was to return the item or contact the seller. I don't really want to return the item, it may leak on return.All I want is a cap sent to me. Phoned Grangers customer service and no one answered. Left a message on their website with no response as of yet, but that was on a Friday. Hopefully they'll get I touch soon.I've used on of their products before. I was happy with it. Customer service has let me down this time.Update: customer service responded to my website contact. They are sending a cap in the post. Upgrading to 4*

    Really great products!I washed and waterproofed my North Face snowboarding jacket (Hyvent material) and now the water rolls off it like when it was new!You don't need to, but I used a hairdryer to strengthen the waterproofing because I didn't have a dryer.

    I've only ever used nikwax products to wash and add water repellency to my coats and recently there have been some quality issues so I thought I'd try this. The performance wash washes coats fine but the repel didn't add any water repellent to my coats at all I went out in some light rain over the weekend and the water didn't bead it just wetted out the coat. There's where washed using the instructions on the bottle which is basically the same for all of these types of products. Seems pointless buying this for both products.

    I have been using this products for over 11 yrs. Everytime I go backcountry skiing, knowing that I will be dry and not have to be soaking wet. Look no further. If you are like me, I buy 5 or 6 pks because it takes care all of my camping gears,hunting and skiing.Excellent product and I highly recommended this.

    I bought this set to treat an old LLBean waterproof jacket that had long ago lost it's waterproof usefulness. I was reluctant to put the solutions in my washing machine, as directed, because I wasn't sure how my machine would like that, and because I have a septic system so didn't want it going into that. So I hand washed with the wash solution and poured the bucket out in my gravel driveway, did the same with the treatment solution. It did seem to work when I wore the jacket in the rain hiking in Alaska. Not sure how it would hold up in a heavy downpour, but the jacket definitely kept me dry during light rain.
