This is a small cast iron pan big enough for two eggs to fry in ,great for scrambled egg the sides are nice and deep ,pan heats up really well and very quickly and very easy to clean will definitely buy the bigger one in the near future .

This is a lovely little frying pan but the coating was a bit 'hit and miss' and there were areas which rusted. You will need to keep the pan well 'seasoned' and I find this is neaded after each use to prevent the rust patched from reappearing. Hence the 3 stars.

Already tried the 20cm pan which turns out good fluffy omelettes so went ahead and bought this big one for roasting. I just wash out with water and re-oil for the next time and it's no fuss.

It was my first time using a skillet and I must say I was impressed. Even though its pre-seasoned I'd watched a few videos which recommended seasoning before use, I used flaxseed oil for this. I'd brought this pan to sear beef when making stews and the result was perfect with no sticking of the meat what so ever, I used olive oil for this process. There is a bit more work involved washing/oiling the pan after use but it really doesn't take that long. My only regret is that I didn't buy a slightly larger pan but as this was my first experience with a skillet I didn't want to spent too much for something that would never be used again if it was a disaster.
