I was complaining about how my nails had started flaking since going through the menopause, whereas before always used to have strong nails, and someone recommended taking marine collagen to help as it had improved the strength of her nails. I had a look through Bolo and tried this brand as I thought they looked good quality at a good price.It didn’t happen overnight, but a few months after taking two capsules a day I noticed that my nails had stopped flaking and were definitely stronger, particularly my thumb nails which had been giving me the most trouble flaking. My other nails still aren’t as strong as they were pre-menopause but they have stopped flaking and I can now actually grow them a little bit. I’m so pleased with the result! Therefore for flaking nails, I can highly recommend this product.

I waited a while before submitting the review and I must say after a few weeks I do notice a difference , I have less aches in my body and skin and hair is definitely better I am very pleased and shall keep them going , they are quite hard to swallow however

This is my third order for this amazing collagen, and I am quite happy to continue to order this product. I am beyond excited with the results of this amazing collagen, although the capsules are difficult to take if you take them with your food it is a lot easier. I noticed at 51 that my neck was very saggy and thin even though I look 15 years younger, I am blessed with good skin, my neck gave my age away. I used expensive neck creams etc but nothing worked so I decided after much research to take the collagen.I also had thin limp fine hair and my nails kept breaking courtesy of menopause, after a few weeks of taking two tablets a day I began to notice a change. My hair was stronger, my nails started growing stronger and the biggest joy of all was my neck looks like a 30-year-old woman. The sagginess is gone it is more toned and firm and I am delighted I have even stopped using my neck cream. I haven't noticed any relief from my knee pains but my skin is glowing and I get so many compliments on my skin and how I don't look my age. I am delighted to recommend this product and I will continue to take it for the foreseeable future

Firstly it came on time, I have been using for a few week and noticed slight changes in my hair growth so hoping this continues. As for skin no improvement as yet but hoping will help plump my face after loosing a lot of weight due to illness. I would like to say that the reason it has 2 lables is that it is a requirement if selling over seas. Customers need to be provided instructions etc in their language so no need to worry its normal
