    I was undecided about making a review as I realise that every person is different and so what works for me may not work for another.I am not sure how effective the probiotic part of this supplement or whether it is effective at all. But the fibre part of it certainly works.Nothing happened for the first two days and then the pills began to work beautifully.For me, I am getting excellent results, the pills are very gentle on my digestion and there have been no side effects or any form of discomfort.None at all. I therefore consider these pills a very good buy, worth the money spent and I will continue to use them every day.

    Psyllium Husk can be quite dangerous so make sure to drink ALOT of water before and after. Comes with enough capsules and good value for money. I don't take them all the time as chia seed water can be better.
