They say you get what you pay for... these multivits and minerals seemed like excellent value until I opened the packet . Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, I am a true vegetarian , no fish , gelatine etc... They stank of rotting fish, and as an ex qualified psychiatric nurse - rather like the aroma of a UTI . Not good - should have checked, they expect the return to be paid for by the buyer... I didn't star rate the easy to swallow or flavour ratings , for obvious reasons.
