    I used to get the Stagioni D'Italia brand but then Bolo stopped selling it so I was looking for something a bit fancier than standard supermarket stuff without breaking the bank and was very happy with this.It has a nice firm texture with a slight springiness. Not as hearty as the other brand but still really nice. It cooks reliably and holds its texture well. It is quite forgiving if you do overcook it a bit and it is great in pasta bakes and casseroles because of it.I've tried a few different shapes and they have all been really nice.

    Bought this on offer for my daughter to encourage her to eat the "hoola hoop" pasta.She enjoys it and does as we hoped.However, it does take a bit longer than than usual to cook. I don't think it's worth the full price because it is doesn't taste any better or worse than cheaper pasta bought in a supermarket.

    This must be the third pack of these I have bought. They are like short penne but hold every sauce very well and work in salads and tray bakes equally well. Perfect for quick suppers. Love them.

    Ho preso per curiosità questo formato di pasta Garofalo. Al supermercato, anche presso quelli più forniti con i prodotti di marca, non l ho mai visto. Magari mezze maniche, magari ditaloni, mai queste boccole. É un tipo di pasta che va bene con la minestra o asciutta ed anche con il pesce se proprio ci si vuole adattare al posto di una calamarata. Ma é stata mia nipote l ago della bilancia, a lei piacciono ed io ne ho fatto scorta. Aggiungo: tiene bene la cottura.
