    I reached out to the seller who was very unhelpful. A week ago I sent seller a message about the oven door, (oven arrived in sep 2024 but due to major surgery was not used for some weeks). I advised the oven door was hard to close and keep shut. I got an email back saying they would respond to me within 48 working hours, they never did so, I wrote to them again then got a response that I have to go to the manufacturer as I would have had to tell the seller within 30 days! Not even an apology!
