    Outstanding service from Kamado BONO. After Tuffnells said they had tried to deliver when they hadn't, and then when they came back, expected someone to help lift a 60Kg crate, with pallet, off the back of a lorry because they came without a tail lift.Kamado BONO chose to recall the delivery and bring it themselves. The driver couldn't have been more helpful, punctual and courteous.The following day I unpacked the unit only to find that the fire box had cracked. Within 2 and a half hours of me reporting this to them (on a Friday afternoon) they had another one delivered to my house. Set the unit up for me and even brought me a small present to apologise for the difficulties I had had with delivery.Having spent time in distribution of heavy equipment, I understand that there are often problems once a unit is put on the transport. It is how a company rectifies the situation that makes the difference. I can assure you that the way my issue has been dealt with has been first class.Thank you Kamado BONO, your customer service is 5 star, and I will definitely buy my next egg (different size) through you guys.

    I have used similar products before, but I was surprised about the weight of this grill. It is a ceramic grill with a nice steel grate that compared to a cast iron grill will not rust. I like the accessories.

    Best gift to my parents in years

    The grill was purchased as the gift for my parents and they loving it, using the thing almost on the daily basis, especially now in the summer. The main advantage is grills size - the diameter and overall size is to prepare lunch for 2-3 people, with very small amount of charcoal and quick heat pickup, making it handy for daily use. The construction is solid (despite its size, the thing weights around 50 kgs). It came with textile cover (so can be left outside without fear of damage) and basic accessories. Although it was the mid-range price purchase, the performance is top. Clearly recommend.

    The ceramic parts are very poor quality. The fire ring cracked in the first month. The seller from Lithuania sent me another one that was also broken and told me he would not send anymore. Forget about lifetime warranty.
