Directions
1. Prepare the NoseFrida nasal aspirator by attaching a disposable hygiene filter to the filter cap. 2. Use the saline nasal spray to moisten your baby's nostrils. 3. Place the NoseFrida aspirator's tip gently against your baby's nostril, creating a seal. 4. Use the red mouthpiece to gently suction out the mucus. 5. Dispose of the used filter and clean the NoseFrida aspirator as needed. 6. Repeat the process for the other nostril if necessary.

Bought this for my new born who's been a little snotty. The saline drops are delivered by a spray which was very easy to use and baby didn't seem to mind at all.Need a fair amount of pressure to get everything up but you can always use more saline if secretions are thick.Really happy with purchase, especially going into rsv and cold season; feels good to know I've got a way to help baby clear their nose.

This a late review after having this for nearly 9 mounths now. I first tried it when my baby was 5 mounths old having a bad cold and it worked really good and helped her to finally breath and sleep. By the time she grows it got harder and annoying to use. She won't stay still, the tube keeps falling off the nozzle especially when she resists and tries pushing it away and finally you need to suck really hard that your throat hurts.Net result: I would definitely recommend it if your baby is below one year old, would be a game changer then. But in older toddlers it turns to a pain to use!
