Weve got a caravan on the drive for our son to live in and originally had a leisure battery running all the 12 volt appliances, some lights, stereo, water pump etc, this had a battery charger/maintainer to keep the battery topped up, but sometimes it would go into error and we wouldn't know until it flattened the battery. Anyway, this device seems to power everything great, had all the lights on, stereo, water pump and fans, the voltage indicator in the caravan drops a bit but everything carries on running. I turned the votage up to around 13.5v as its preset to 12v. I cant comment on longevity but for now it seems ok. For £20 you cant go wrong.

Purchased this as a power supply for garden lighting. 360 Watts of power means I can fit enough led's to guide a jet into the garden!Fab power supply with integral fan to keep the unit nice and coolVery good quali]ty and plenty of threaded holes to facilitate fitting into a waterproof enclosure. I'm an electrician and would recommend this unit.

It is a shame to only give this transformer only 4 stars, it really should be 5 star but was let down in having absolutely no instruction or data leaflet with it. I had to contact the seller to confirm how the total power supply was distributed as there is 3 terminals for both positive and negative 12v supply, but but from the way I wired it it works just fine for eg. stayed in same relative positions for both pos. and neg.Under the load I am placing it on it keeps cool due to the fan cooling that is not too intrusive with noise.So well worth the money.

Ordered to run a diesel heater in the garage which wanted a 12v battery but I wanted it to run off the mains. Various YouTube vids show you what you need to do and this fit the bill. I went for thr 12v 30A one which is overkill for the diesel heater (15A would have been enough) but I liked the idea I could run various things off this one power supply if I wanted to. Think I saw a tip somewhere that said double up on your current requirement to future proof, which makes sense.Anyway, this seems decent enough quality and as it's the 360w one it comes with the cooling fan which smaller models don't. The fan does come on immediately but just takes me back to running a desktop and is no louder. Another decent feature is the voltage adjuster. It allowed me to take it as low as 10v and as high as 15.79v, so a decent range there. It came set on 12.1v which is perfect for what I need. Increasing/decreasing the voltage increases and descreases the fan speed, so it gets a little noisier at the higher end.Sure, not tested it over time, yet, but if it fails I'll be sure to update the review. No update? All is well and it's stood the test of time.

This transformer arrived promptly and is being used to produce a 12V power supply for a prototype sailing rig. It works well. There is a buzzing sound when in use, which intensifies as the load increases. This is not an issue in the current application.

Good quality, using 3 of these for led strips, in my office and for car shelter outside. The ones in my office are a little warm during use but within operating limit. The on used outside works even at -28°C without issue. Good quality build and seal.
Bali blinds / somfy motors.
Used 4 of these to replace batteries for my Bali electric blinds. They work perfectly , amp draw for all 4 transformers at rest is only 1 ( one ) watt , pulling up with all four on ..60 watts. One transformer can easily operate two motors. I used four to power 7 motors, with twin tubes of batteries ( 8 each ) .. replaced over 100 batteries that were driving me nuts trying to keep batteries fresh . Very happy with product .. thank you.

The media could not be loaded. I use it to power my DC projects. Works great for the price.
