I had tried biotin from another brand before but didn’t see much in terms of results. Determined to see if it could make a difference, I decided to give Nutrition Geeks a try and committed to taking it regularly. The results have been truly impressive.The tablets are small, tasteless, and odourless, making them incredibly easy to swallow. This is a big plus for me, as I’ve struggled with larger supplements in the past. After about four weeks of consistent use, I started to notice a significant improvement in both my hair and nails. My hair feels thicker, and my nails are growing faster and stronger than before. I was dealing with some hair loss, which I suspected was related to my poor diet. To my relief, my hair loss has completely halted since starting this supplement. While I know I need to address my diet eventually, this has been a real saving grace.The packaging is straightforward and secure, and the delivery was impressively quick. I've tried many, many vitamins and gummies for skin hair and nails and I can honestly say, hand on heart these are the best. My nails are so long and strong and white people always think I've got biab but they're completely natural. My hair has also grown so much and it's really strong and healthy too. My skin is basically perfect. No more acne, dry spots or blemishes. They're excellent value for money they last ages, they taste of absolutely nothing and they're tiny so no issues with swallowing. No aftertaste or anything. I've been using them for about 9 months now and I will continue to buy them and I've even started looking at other nutrition geeks products to see what else I can improve!

My brittle slow growing nails & hair appear to be a little stronger, healthier and grow faster.Tiny size, easy to swallow. And fair price for 180 tablets. Though, you do take 2 a day, so a packet contains 90 days worth of tablets.I would recommend.

Love these little pills ,my hair has been slowly thining due to thyroid issues and autoimmune conditions, and got fed up, imagine myself as the baldy woman like in the advert lol, I've been taking these small (sweetners size) pills for 3 weeks and I've got more hair now , 😊, you can feel my skinhead fluf near my scalp, great supplements, good value, and so easy to swallow ,oh and my skin around my nails have improved as well as my brain fog,not sure if these are ment for that but brain fog is now not as bad 😊 I'll be buying more when I run out

Well I've been taking this for a while now and I'm half happy with it...My nails seem to be a lot better, not chipping or braking and they do seem stronger than they were, so I'm happy with that...Sadly it doesn't seem to have made much difference to my hair...Since hitting pre menopause my hair has become thinner and is very dull, so I was hoping this might help but it doesn't seem to have had any effects at the moment...

If anyone is taking this for hair loss it's important to detect the under lying issue first. In my case it was stress and medication. My hair was falling out in in very large clumps. My iron was also very low so get bloods done too.I've stopped my meds and I'm not as stressed as I was .My hair was so brittle that even when wet it was still crisp dry and my scalp was like sandpaper.As part of my hair recovery process I started taking these tablets and my scalp is skin soft now, my hair is so soft that I no longer need to use hair straighteners and my hair loss has stopped as well as new hair coming through.The added bonus is it's really give me glowing skin too.Like everything, changes don't happen over night. give it a few months for regrowth but address the under lying cause of hair loss first because if you're still stressed and taking meds that hair loss is a side effect then you won't get good results.Definitely recommend

Nails are longer and stronger and also seems to be helping with hair growth. However only take 1 capsule as they are quite strong and if I take 2 it makes my stomach hurt.No taste. Did make me break out a little bit.
