I’ve been a fan of Instax cameras for a while now, ever since I used one at a friend’s wedding. Unfortunately the majority of the models at this price point tend to look like toys.Not so with the Mini 40, I love the vintage and textured appearance. Taking photos is easy too, no fiddly settings to tinker with here. Just two buttons - One to extend the lens barrel, and the other to shoot.I found that the pictures that the camera produces are generally good under most lighting conditions and there’s something about instant photography that’s just fun - and addictive.Anyway, I’ve had the Mini 40 for a few weeks now and am very happy with it so far. It’s a great camera that not only produces good pictures, but is also simple and fun to use. I easily recommend it.

Brilliant, exactly what I wanted, be careful which way you put the film in because it can get stuck, had to get a knife to pry it out but that's probably down to me not reading the instructions clearly!Flash was sufficient enough in dark areas but didn't over saturated the photo

Heavy but very easy to use and a fun camera. Obviously not high definition but that's great for selfish, at 59!Very good for price. Great and reasonable price film and easy to understand, with diagrams instructions. Excellent present, package I had comes with 20 shots and batteries.

Having had a Fuji Share SP-1 instax camera for a few years, I’ve been wanting to replace all-in-one instax camera. This is so that I can quickly take and produce photos on the go. I recently ordered one of these and carried it around all weekend.The retro, faux black leather look housing instantly reminds me of the old film cameras of yesterday-year. The camera itself is small and light enough to carry around on a day-to-day basis. It was great to quickly grab it out of my bag, press the single button to power it on and have it ready-to-use straightaway. I managed to capture some wonderful photos of my daughter, family (and the obligatory selfie or two which the mirror on the front helps with!).For anyone who wants to have a super-simple instant camera with them on the go, this one should definitely be high-up on their shopping list.

The camera is Huge! When you put it in it's case it's ridiculously huge. The pictures when developed instantly are tiny. Very disappointed. They had smaller cameras with bigger photos in the 1970s!

I love my Instax mini! Great camera
Cute vintage looking camera. It doesn't come with film, you need to buy it separately. It's easy to use. I just find it weird that you can not turn off the flash, it flashes every time you take a photo. It's not too heavy. But I think it'd be worth buying a bag with it for transporting it as it's awkward to hold it if you move around
Muy buena cámara!
Aunque prefiero otros formatos de foto más grandes como el cuadrado o wide, esta Instax Mini es estupenda! probablemente la mejor de todas. La calidad es genial y tiene muchísimas opciones creativas con las que hacer fotos... No te aburrirás con ella. Por poner alguna pega, quizá faltaría el espejo para selfie que otros modelos incluyen (aunque se puede vivir sin él) y el tener que aprenderte qué siglas corresponden a cada filtro en la rueda... que al final voy a tener que hacerme alguna "chuleta" XDOjalá Instax se anime y saque alguna Instax Wide similar a esta Mini 99, que va siendo hora de novedades *de verdad* en ese formato!

Alleine schon weil man hier den Blitz abschalten kann \o/Vielleicht kommen die ja mal auf den Trichter, wieder guteInstax' zu produzieren. So wie damals [tm], in den Anfängen.
Defected product
The camera is defected, when i put a new film cartridge inside and shut the camera, the camera has to automatically eject the film’s cover. This does not happen, instead the cover gets jammed inside and i have to find a way to rip it out and end up loosing at least 2 films. !
