    I can see a few reviews are complaining of longevity with this unit but I'm into my second summer season with it and it's still going strong.It's very long which you don't quite get from the picture. I didn't measure or look at dimensions so that's my fault. But actually, that length is great and allows high up cutting.What isn't great is the length of the power cord. It just isn't long enough and required a very large reel extension cord. In retrospect I think a petrol or battery powered unit would have suited me better. Bear that in mind when shopping around.It's cutting ability for something at this price point and for electric, is very good. I get good, clean cuts from it and am impressed with what it can do.If you're after a plug in electric, corded unit then I don't think you'll be disappointed. Whether I'm lucky that mine hasn't broken, I don't know but one to think about based on other reviews.4 stars for me because of the length of the cord, otherwise recommended.

    Worked fairly well for two summers but finally died, just after the 12 month guarantee ran out. The gear that drives the cutters has worn away in one section, so the cutter constantly jams and the motor screams away as if there was something jamming the motion.Won`t be buying this model again and certainly don`t recommend it.

    THIS HEDGE TRIMMER FROM ‘SUPER HANDY’ COULDN’T BE EASIER TO OPERATE. GRIP THE FORWARD HANDLE, GRIP THE SOFT REAR HANDLE, SQUEEZE BOTH TRIGGERS AND AWAY YOU GO. THE BLADE LENGTH 24.75inches ( 62.87cm ) LONG INCLUDING A 2inches ( 5.09cm ) SAFETY TIP TO STOP YOU HITTING WALLS/POSTS ETC WITH THE BLADES. THE BLADES INCLUDING THE CENTRE GUIDE ARE 2.5inches (6.35cm) WIDE. THE ACTUAL CUTTING BLADES ARE 1inch ( 2.54cm ) LONG ON TOP, & 0.5 of an inch ( 1.27cm ) ON THE UNDERSIDE. IT HAS A HAND PROTECTOR GUARD & A COMFORTABLE MAIN REAR GRIP. ON THE REAR GRIP I POKED A LOOP OF CORD UP THROUGH A SLOT & THEN FED THE PLUG AND THE REST OF THE approx 35 foot ( 10.67M )CORD THROUGH THE LOOP AS, IF YOU JUST POKE A LOOP UP THROUGH THE SLOT AND AROUND THE CORD HOLDER IT KEEPS COMING OFF THE CORD PROTECTOR. ON THE HAND GUARD IT STATES 102db WHICH I FIND HIGHLY QUESTIONABLE. IT IS BY FAR THE NOISIEST HEDGE TRIMMER THAT I HAVE USED. ONE STAR LESS. THE OTHER STAR TAKEN IS THE USUAL REASON. FOR THE PRICE THERE ARE BRAND NAMED CORDED HEDGE TRIMMERS RIGHT HERE ON Bolo MARKET PLACE, AS CORDLESS IS THE WAY TO GO & IS MY GO TO HEDGE TRIMMER. NO CHANCE OF CUTTING THROUGH ANY CORD THEN AS I DID BEFORE I WENT CORDLESS. AS DEL BOY WOULD SAY “WHAT A PLONKA !!”

    Für Familien wie wir eine sind, die ihren Garten pflegen, reicht eine Haushalts-Heckenschere, die ganz einfach nur macht, was sie soll. Vielerlei Schnick-Schnack und unendliche Laufzeiten sind nur für Profis notwendig, da dieses Gerät wohl sonst nicht täglich im Garten gebraucht wird. Wenn aber doch, dann macht dieses hier Spaß. Es ist leicht genug zu halten, der Motor zieht durch und auch die Klingen schneiden gut. Durch den einfachen aber guten Schutz vor der Klinge (dem Schwert) bleiben die Hände auch sauber. Durch die Kabelsperre bleibt das Verlängerungskabel auch, wo es sein soll und geht nicht gleich raus, wenn man daran irrtümlich zieht. Was die Lautstärke betrifft, so gehört das Gerät zu den Leiseren und das ist sehr angenehm.Optisch gefällt uns die Heckenschere auch recht gut, daher gibt es von uns folgendesFAZIT:Günstig und sehr empfehlenswert
