    I find that compared to energy drinks, this takes effect quite smoothly and doesn't give me a caffeine crash. I did notice that I have been having headaches since I've started taking them, I don't know if its just me or if its a side effect. It's not too bad though, I'd rather have a slight headache than suffer from being tired all day.

    Feels great I do notice a difference compared to drinking coffee/energy drinks. I believe the L-theanine is a great addition together. Benefits of the pill are portability and less need to drink fluids means less time going to the bathroom.

    I like that this is only 100mg, as a lot of the other options seem to be 200mg, which can tend to be a bit much.Very solid energy from these, not jittery at all, no troubles sleeping so I would assume the dosage is as described.On sale when I purchased, and at $10 it's MUCH cheaper than the energy drinks I was drinking before.

    This supplement was a game-changer for my FL License exam—I passed without any issues. It enhances focus and recall, which made a huge difference in my performance. Unlike other products, this one really works. It has no strange side effects, and although I'm usually sensitive to caffeine, this doesn't bother me at all, unlike a cup of coffee. It simply keeps you awake and prepared to tackle any mentally demanding tasks.

    Good value, but wish the ratio was different

    The product is clearly a good value for the money. The caffeine offers energy and the l-theanine offers relaxation.The problem is that the ratio is 1:1. You get 100mg of caffeine and 100mg of l-theanine. I would prefer a lower dose of caffeine (maybe 50mg) and a higher dose of l-theanine (200mg). Or maybe 100mg caffeine and 400mg of l-theanine.Why? I wish it had more of a relaxing effect overall. I often have coffee in the morning. Often, I only want a little pick me up in the afternoon. This works fine but it would be nice to have an even more mellowed out energy delivery.I’ll update this review if my opinion changes.
