I ordered this item as gift and it arrived incomplete. The bib and nappy were both missing from the box. I initiated a return, scanned the parcel at the drop off and have had zero communication or refund. Very shoddy indeed. Now out of pocket and had to o order the item from elsewhere. Where a my refund?

This is a lovely toy I have bought for my youngest daughter to go with her doll for Xmas. Its really small though! Smaller than I expected for the price. I got something very similar a couple of years ago from a supermarket brand for my older girls which was just as good at half the price of this . Still... I suppose everything has gone up in price and my little girl will love it so that's all that matters
