    Great value! Each candle is around £4 and there’s always around 15-20% of the wax left at the end. We keep one, and dig the old wick out. We then pop subsequent “leftovers” in the oven, and carefully tip them in to the new candle. Therefore for every few candles we get a free one! The wicks are a great length and the ”guide” bar is excellent. A perfect way to uhsave a few quid - and with 50 for £3.75, it’s great value.

    I recently purchased TheAmbrella Candle Wicks for a DIY candle-making project, and overall, I'm quite pleased with the results. The package comes with 100 pre-waxed wicks, each measuring 10cm long, and includes metal tabs and a 3-hole wick holder.The pre-waxed feature makes the wicks easy to work with, and the metal tabs are a convenient addition for securing them in place during the candle-making process. The 3-hole wick holder is a thoughtful inclusion, providing stability and making it easier to center the wick in the container.The low smoke aspect is definitely a plus, creating a more pleasant environment during burning. The longer burning time is noticeable, and it's satisfying to see my candles last longer than those made with other wicks.However, I deducted one star because I found that some wicks tended to fray slightly during handling. While it didn't significantly impact the final product, it required a bit more care during the assembly process. Additionally, a few of the metal tabs were a bit flimsy, so I had to handle them delicately to avoid bending.Despite these minor concerns, TheAmbrella Candle Wicks are a solid choice for candle making. The value for the quantity provided is excellent, and the overall performance and burn quality make them a reliable option for DIY candle enthusiasts. With a few improvements in durability, these wicks would easily earn a five-star rating from me.
