I recently purchased the Tapo Wifi Camera, 2K 3MP, and it has exceeded my expectations. The setup process was incredibly simple, even for someone like me who isn’t very tech-savvy. If I can do it, anyone can—believe me! The camera connected seamlessly to my WiFi, and the instructions were straightforward without requiring any subscriptions, which is a huge plus. I primarily use it to keep an eye on my kittens, and it works perfectly. The video quality is excellent, capturing every detail in 2K resolution. The two-way audio feature is amazing—I can call my kittens remotely, even when they’re upstairs, and they can hear me clearly. This camera is fantastic value for money, and I trust the Tapo brand completely. In fact, I was so impressed that I purchased another one! If you’re looking for a reliable, user-friendly security or pet camera, this is definitely the one to get.

I spent a good while reading reviews of the many MANY cameras available for indoor use. In my case to check my cat is getting fed by the automatic feeder when I'm not there. There's a huge price range and quite a few require a subscription. I chose this one because there's no required subscription (with local storage options), it's inexpensive and the 2K picture quality is excellent. I'm particularly impressed with the night vision quality. I've had it a week now and not disappointed with it. You'll want to set up an "at home" and "away" action to switch the camera on when you're out otherwise you'll get an alert on your phone every time you walk past the camera!

I didn't have particularly high hopes for this camera due to its price-point but I have to say it's actually pretty good value and does a very reasonable job.TP Link is a brand I am familiar with and I've owned their routers in the past.Overall build quality is pretty good and the included plastic ceiling mount and the ability to invert the image when ceiling mounted is a nice touch.It's mains powered only so you'll need to have a nearby socket to use it.The highest 2k setting gives perfectly adequate recordings and the pan tilt function adds to the cameras reasonably wide field of view in setting an ideal frame.Motion detection works to a fashion although I've chosen not to use it as I prefer a static frame.The variable sensitivity settings allow the user to largely filter out unwanted notifications and recordings.The night vision works well and the addition of a mic to pick up audio is useful.There is a chat function but the speaker is not really powerful enough to provide a useful volume for two way chat in my opinion unless you are up close to the camera.Set-up is easy as is firmware updating and SD card formatting in-camera.The inclusion of up to 16x play back speed when viewing clips is useful but I would like to see the ability to download clips rather than have to transfer the SD card to a PC or laptop to save them.You can save a still to the memory in your phone, but not video.I gather the camera can be used with third party software which may provide that ability although I have not tried it myself.I bought four of these cameras for internal use and I am pleased with the overall coverage, quality and ease of use they offer.I paired mine with Integral Class 10 128gb SD cards also from Bolo at £11.99 each ...Time will tell how reliable the cameras are but my first impressions are good, particularly for the price point.

Got this camera to put in the attic to see if there are any rodent visitors.Once it's connected to the wifi it works so well.Motion detection works very well and sends notifications via the excellent app if it detects movement.The pan and tilt function is very useful and well as the 360 view.For the price it is unbelievably good. I'll definitely be getting another, probably for outdoors as well.

I bought this for me and my family to see my dog while sleeping or on vacation at a low price. As long as you have a micro SD card (the option I chose) or a cloud recording subscription its perfect! Multiple people can sign in to one account (or use the built in device sharing on other accounts) so it's easy to use! It has a fairly good video quality and using motion detection will notify me when motion is detected and will also mark it on the playback! It has an alarm for if burglars are entering and you can show the police the SD card, playback on app or use the record and capture feature to catch any robber! When the alarm is going off, it will turn on a floodlight! There is also an amazing night vision! Also using Tapo Routines or a third party service like IFTTT, You can make an automated camera!

J’ai acheté cette caméra lorsque j’ai adopté un petit chiot et qu’il devait passer des journées seul à la maison.Après avoir installé l’application sur mon téléphone, créer un compte sur celle-ci et lié la caméra avec l’application j’ai pu très facilement trouver le meilleur endroit de ma maison Pour pouvoir observer mon petit chien.Le fait d’avoir le micro a été en plus pour moi, ce qui m’a permis à plusieurs reprises d’intervenir, lorsque je voyais mon chien, faire une bêtise.L’image est correct pour le prix que j’ai payé la caméra. Petit inconvénient pour la nuit c’est pas très pratique lorsqu’il fait noir il est là.

Gut und zuverlässig
Wir verwenden die Kamera als Babyphone. Funktioniert toll inkl Sound und Bild. Sendet auch Nachrichten an die Smartwatch. Haben mittlerweile schon nachgekauft und sind sehr zufrieden.
