Everything ok, except for the priming mechanism. I wanted a magazine-fed blaster but quiet, as opposed to the flywheel ones. This one would be a good fit if not for the uncomfortable priming process. I wish it were as easy to prime as the Elite 2.0 Commander.I have returned it.

Bought this as an epiphany present for my son; he has been looking forward to this so much... He thought it would be an upgrade from the small pistols we originally had.In fact, it's been a downgrade. All three of us have tried it repeatedly (Mum, Dad, and child) to no avail. It just jams continuously. The longest I've managed where two shots before it jammed again. And then it takes a few minutes to clear the jam, reload, etc. EACHTIME. We followed the instructions, we are using the right type of darts, we're not rough or careless. This thing has managed to ruin all the park outings we've had since Epiphany. It's so frustrating!I can't really understand why it fails so much. All I can surmise is that this thing has been designed and/or made by people without a clue. I won't pay more money for this rubbish again, I'm done buying into this Nerf gimmick nonsense.

My 7 year old daughter wanted this as her older brother has one. Nerf are the best make but I think they are very expensive. That said, isn't everything these days?The gun is quite sturdy and comes with bullets & a magazine. My daughter struggled to get the magazine in & out but in fairness the gun is nearly as big as her.Overall, the kids are happy.

Bought this for our 9 year old grandson and it jammed. Thought it was down to him loading it incorrectly and explained how to do it properly. But his Grandad also had this bought for him so they could play together, and his also jams quite often. Their X-shot guns (grandson has 1, granddad 3 - who is the bigger kid? 😂) are much better and never jam. Will stick to those in future.

I purchased this as an extra NERF gun to add to my son's collection and because the stock can be removed/ changed, as well as the barrel. This gives him the opportunity to swap accessories around with other guns.The initial delivery arrived the next day. I immediately requested a replacement as the first one had a defect. The trigger was jammed straight from the box. This got sorted swiftly and it's replacement was with us in less than 24 hours, so can't fault with that. All working in good order.In all my son loves this.
Do not buy - chews up the dart about 20% of the time
The magazine release catch did not work, so the only way to remove the magazine was to sit on the stock and pull the magazine out with two hands. The magazine holds ten darts - from every full magazine that was run through this toy, at least one or two got a piece sliced off, because there is a sharp edge inside the receiver - it cuts through the foam at the bottom edge of each dart as it moves the dart forward into the barrel. My kids were really disappointed; this was supposed to be the most important out of all their Christmas toys and it was just not usable at all.
