    One side is firm (not harsh) the other soft. Both feel comfortable, but I prefer the soft for my back. Handy string hang & self adhesive hook which makes it easy to let the brush dry naturally. Good Quality item. I've had it several weeks now & very pleased.

    After having scouted around through some of the available options, I chose this Metene Back Scrubber for Shower, which promised exfoliation and light scrubbing. Having read about it, I was completely going to be pumped up to see how it would perform. Here is my in-depth review after using it daily for a few months.The Metene Back Scratcher is, of course, very strong, so it was well packaged lest it be damaged while in transit. Had prompt delivery, as it came within the estimated timings. The brush, itself, has a very sleek design wherein it comes with a long wooden handle, making it easy to reach areas for scrubbing purposes.What makes this back scrubber different is the double-sided brush head, where one side is meant for exfoliating and the other side is for a softer scrub. Constructed with a durable wooden handle, this provides a firm hold on all sides, even when wet. On the exfoliating side, the bristles feel firm yet soft against the skin; from the soft-scrub side, much softer.The long handle does make a big difference in reaching the areas lying at the farthest places of the body, thus easy on the back. The brush head soaps up quite well with any kind of soap or body wash. The bristles can show their strength even after repeated use; gentle, it works really great either way, wet or dry.My skin texture has improved much within just a few weeks of regular use. The exfoliating side really does remove dead skin cells, and my skin feels smoother and refreshed after using it.     Being disabled with upper limb limitations, and alone, I can't reach to wash my back (yurk, I know, horrid!). And today, for the first time in ages I've reached places that only Heineken could reach! The scrubby side isn't too hard - like a gentle loofah in feel. I followed up with the soft side to take the edge off my newly scrubbed skin......bliss. Going to keep the brush away from any water to allow it to dry mold-free (there's even a sticky-backed hook included in the pack - noice!). In all a champion purchase. And if the brush head(s) do fall off, there's something called glue......

    This is my second, buying fir my partner, my first is still going strong.One side is rough like a nail brush, natural fibres, gives a jolly good scrub, ideal before tanning.The other side has super soft artificial bristles, great for sensitive areas like the under arms.It comes with a hanging loop which is important as the handle is bamboo and will rot if left lying around.

    It’s a nice brush for stimulation of blood flow and cellulitis but not exfoliating.I used mittens before for exfoliation and when I used them I could see the dead skin coming off and my skin would feel fresh and relieved.This one doesn’t get rid of dead skin and I don’t feel fresh.It’s good for blood flow under skin and to scrub the places in body that you can’t reach

    Anfangs war ich aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen, die eine schnelle Abnutzung der Bürste bemängelten, skeptisch, ob ich diesen Kauf tätigen sollte. Diese Bedenken waren jedoch unbegründet. Ich benutze die Duschbürste nun bereits in der vierten Woche und sie ist immer noch wie neu. Entgegen der Warnungen hat sich nichts gelöst oder zeigt Anzeichen von Verschleiß.Die Bürste liegt gut in der Hand, die Borsten haben genau die richtige Härte für eine effektive Reinigung, ohne dabei die Haut zu irritieren. Die Langlebigkeit dieses Produkts hat mich positiv überrascht und ich kann diese Duschbürste jedem empfehlen, der auf der Suche nach einem zuverlässigen Produkt für die tägliche Körperpflege ist.

    me ha gustado bastante este cepillo, lo iba buscando ya hace un tiempo, pero no daba con un en condiciones, este me ha venido de perilla dado que tengo una pequeña artrosis en el brazo derecho y nunca alcanzo en algunos sitios de la espalda, además tiene 2 caras una robusta y una suave para la limpieza de la piel, buen cepillo....
