This would be 5 stars, as it's a great backpack. Feels strong, good padding on the straps and back. Good for day trips.However, the sales page says it comes with a rain cover, but it doesn't. We bought a second one after communicating with Bolo customer service about this, and they assured us that we would receive the rain cover with the second item. We didn't with the 2nd backpack either, so had to purchase the rain covers separately.Bolo/seller - change your wording. It's wrong.

We bought 2 of these day sacks, one each for hubby and myself.They are constantly packed as our "go bags" for unscheduled hospital stays.They're the right size for overnight kit without being too big to cart around.The internal pocket is large enough to take an A4 folder with our medical history and medication regimes.There's room enough for flip-flops and a couple of tins of soup, to supplement hospital food.Just what we wanted.

This feels nice on, padded straps and doesn't stick out like a turtle shell if you fill it like some bags do as the front pocket is quite flat.
