    I didn't believe this or any other supplement could make such a difference to the strength of my nails, but after 4 weeks of use the results are incredible. I haven't been able to grow them this long in about 10 years and they kept snapping and flaking constantly. My nails and hair normally grow fast, but now even faster! I have to say though, I've gone foe the capsules in my next order as the powder wasn't my favourite way to consume. It stayed lumpy in my coffee, and I didn't particularly want to ruin my nice expensive coffee anyway, so I have just mixed it up with water and gulped it down with my other multivits in the mornings. The flavour is very neutral, but there is still somewhat of a taste. I think so my it's the slightly thick and sticky texture I don't love, as you'd expect from a product that's pure collagen. I'm hoping the capsules are just as potent, but if not I'd still reorder this as it's just unbelievable. I think I see a difference in my facial skin too and people have commented that I'm glowing...

    So I actually bought this as a way to get an extra 20g of protein into my day. I liked the idea of it being low calorie and easy to mix into other snacks like a coffee or yoghurt, but it also not containing a load of weird chemicals like most protein powders do. I figured with it being Collagen it would also have a side benefit to my hair and skin and arteries (meant to help your blood vessels).I tried it and forgot about it for a while. It’s tasteless. It’s a bit annoying you have to do 8 mini scoops - please just provide a 1 serving scoop?Then this week I started using it as a way to get my protein up in my breakfast by adding it to my coffee. I like it in the coffee - melts away, no taste really, gives a nice froth.I happened by be suffering with quite bad foot pain at the start of the week - it had slowly been building over a few weeks. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it but resting it did nothing to help. It was even starting to hurt in my sleep, massages didn’t help - it felt like a bone issue.One night I woke up at 2am, it still hurt. I then woke up at 7am after a deep sleep, and it was magically better.I know deep sleep is healing but I sleep every night pretty well - that alone can’t have fixed it. The only other thing I’ve done differently this week was to take this collagen once a day in my coffee. I don’t really believe in supplements doing much more than a good diet can, I’ve never noticed any difference with anything else - but I’ve had this 3 times and I’m 90% sure it’s the thing that’s helped my foot. I’m astounded!So I’ll keep at it. It’s doing me some good somehow and helping me to hit my protein goals.

    I've been having collagen powders for many years now, but usually just bovine, but I'm familiar with the benefits. I decided to try this one because of the more types of collagen from the multiple sources it provides. In about 4 weeks I've already noticed a difference in my nails and skin, so I'm hoping it's working inside for better gut health too. I have a scoop every morning in my coffee and sometimes throw it in my smoothies too. It's tasteless and dissolves completely with a stir of my spoon. I'm very happy with this brand and product and will continue to purchase on subscription. It only looses a star because it's in a plastic tub and I'd really love the company to change it to a compostable alternative and to stay away from plastic. Research is now showing us that even recycling plastic is not the answer, we have to stop using it altogether.

    For the price to find a product that has all three types of collagen is rare. This mixes well and I don't notice a taste. Who knows how much of these collagen products are actually absorbed, but I will continue anyway. AND you only need one scoop, not the usual two, so it lasts longer.

    The media could not be loaded. De entrada el producto tenía polvo alrededor del sello y tapa por fuera, al llegar a casa puse a grabar para tener pruebas de lo que había dentro, al quitar el sello para asegurarme si traía sello por dentro me am Inter con que venía despegado por lo cual he solicitado la devolución, no tengo la certeza de que sea el producto original o la cantidad marcada por lo cual me da desconfianza.
