  • The gas blowtorch and gas pack are ideal for Soldering, Brazing, Thawing frozen pipes, heat treatment of rusted metal components, lighting a barbecue, Cooking and searing meat.
  • The gas torch can be used with a Propane or Mapp+ gas canister valve connection type: CGA 600 (1” x 20 UNEF Thread).
  • Easily change the flame size on the blowtorch using the adjustable valve then press the lock key for a continuous flame.
  • Effortless and instant lighting using the built-in Piezo ignition trigger. Built in Safety Lock to prevent accidental ignition.
  • High burning performance in the coldest of weather. Mapp gas gives a hotter flame than Propane. Mapp+ gas can be combined with oxygen to give a flame temperature of 2927°C.
  • Gas canister conforms to European Standard EN12205.

    Excellent torch love the easy light, saves gas by being able to turn off and fire up between small jobs. It’s generates so much heat very quickly great for silver Soldering. Loads of Heating Power 👍😊 Well worth buying, the gas I save goes along way to making this torch pay for its self 10 times over . Excellent value kit .

    I’m old enough to remember when you had to use those pump up torches, which could be quite dangerous but the element of fear kept you on your toes, I liked that fear, it made me feel alive. This type offers the same feeling of fear but without the same level of danger ! It roars like a lion, it gets proper hot, it does what I bought it for and all the while there at the back of my mind is the fear that it may explode 🤔 I don’t think it will but I worry. Anyway, does it do its intended job ! Yes it does and rather efficiently if truth be told. In fact it does a number of jobs like lighting the log burner and the BBQ, that stubborn nut on the car that needs just a bit of heat and of course that odd bit of plumbing work that isn’t plastic pipe. Not cheap but if it keeps working as is then not an expensive purchase either.

    I have bought cheapy Chinese blow lamps in the past and to be frank, some are simply poorly and outright dangerous!! This torch is completely the opposite, it's heavy, built to last, simple to use. So far, I have used it to light the living room fireplace several times, braze a couple of bits, heat up rusted nuts on the car and defrost a frozen pipe! The fact this set came with TWO map gas bottles really sweetened the deal. It's brilliant value for money and top quality.
