I’ve been using the De’Longhi Nescafé Dolce Gusto, and I’m absolutely loving it! It’s so easy to use, and the variety of drinks you can make is fantastic—from rich espressos to creamy lattes and even iced drinks. The machine heats up quickly, and the coffee tastes just like something you’d get from a café.I also love the sleek design—it doesn’t take up much counter space and looks great in my kitchen. Cleaning is straightforward, and the pods are widely available, so it’s super convenient. If you’re looking for a reliable coffee machine that delivers great-tasting drinks, I’d definitely recommend it! ☕️

You can't beat this coffee machine for quality coffee,performance and price. I had a manual one and wanted to change up to automatic. Looked at all makes and chose the Tassimo, MISTAKE ! Looks good but performance wise it is poor to say the least . It is advertised as automatic but only for the set small cup. I like cappuccinos and it would only make small cups,to make a mug size you had to hold the button down manually.....taste was far below quality froth"what froth" disappeared before it finished filling.The Dolce Gusto is a neat machine that fits any worktop and the instructions are clear and fully explanatory. Water tank holds 1.8ltr,choice of temperature, measure of liquid suits all. The cappuccino is the best I have tasted and the froth beats any other . Being a coffee only drinker since 14yrs I consider myself an expert,I only drink good,no expense spared branded coffee and I recommend this machine or any Dolce Gusto coffee maker. You won't be disappointed.

You get what you pay for with this machine. I like the fact that it cuts off when the coffee is done. My old machine needed an eye kept on it. It's reasonably easy to use. The capsules are recyclable. It feels flimsy and the back isn't easy to remove. It doesn't take up too much space

I recently purchased the Dolce Gusto coffee machine and couldn't be happier with my choice. Here are a few key highlights:1. **It's great!** The machine performs exceptionally well, brewing delicious coffee every time.2. **Easy to use.** The intuitive design makes it simple to operate, even for those who aren't tech-savvy.3. **Easy to clean.** Maintenance is a breeze, with easily removable parts that simplify the cleaning process.4. **Versatile pod options.** You can buy a converter on Bolo or eBay to use Nescafé original pods, offering more variety at better prices. My wife prefers Dolce Gusto pods, while I enjoy Nescafé pods, and this flexibility keeps both of us happy.5. **Customizable settings.** You have temperature control with four settings, allowing you to choose how hot your coffee will be. Additionally, you can control the amount of water used, tailoring each cup to your preference.Previously, I purchased a Nescafé Vertuo but ended up returning it because it only accepted Vertuo pods, which were limited in flavor options and more expensive.Overall, I highly recommend the Dolce Gusto coffee machine for its performance, ease of use, versatility, and customizable settings. I've only had this machine for a couple of weeks but have already seen the benefits of it. Yes, it's quite small but you would get 2 decent sized mug fulls from the water tank and fits very neatly in the corner of the kitchen. The instructions that come with it are ok to follow if you're used to picture instructions (IKEA). I had no problem with them and found them self explanatory, however, there's plenty of info on the Internet to help if you're struggling. The service I had with delivery was excellent and arrived the following day...unfortunately I didn't have any pods to hand and as it was a Sunday afternoon delivery I had to wait the following day to try it out! Maybe Nescafe could include a pod in the box so you can get started? Anyway...now with pods and having 'cleaned through' the machine the coffee was amazing. It automatically shuts off when it's reached the level you want and also has an adjustable temperature gauge...all very useful settings. The offer that comes with this machine is well worth taking up too...there is a simple application process to go through but then once it's been accepted you have the choice of 6 boxes of any type of Nescafe Dolce Gusto plus 2 free recycling bags from their online shop...saving a few pence short of £24. I could go on extolling the virtues of this machine but will encourage you to find out for yourself. So far a very satisfied customer who's enjoying barista style coffee in very convenient pods from an exceptional value coffee maker.

It makes good coffee, it's easy to setup, and most of all its footprint is so small that it fits even the smallest kitchen! Plenty of pods to choose from and very simple to use.

Initially ordered this machine on 20th March 2024 and it arrived the following day, on initial unpacking, it sort of looked like it had been unpacked before. however after referring to the instructions, which were IKEA style (photos with actions numbered) in every language but English, I set machine up for use and filled reservoir tank. Coffee was produced, followed by flooding of the worksurface as the machine was leaking. I visited the Delonghi website and downloaded the operation manual to check if all was in order, reset the machine, filled reservoir and, guess what, yep it leaked everywhere again. I then contacted Bolo and an extremely helpful customer assistant helped to resolve the problem. Replacement machine was arranged and return of the faulty one organised. New machine arrived on Tuesday 26th March, immediately set it up and, happy days, no problems. It works incredibly well (no leaks), is sufficient for our needs (just two of us) and makes good coffee from an amazing range of pods, almost all of which are recyclable. This little machine looks great, performs well (now) and was worth the hassle.
Dolce très pratique
Un peu bruyante mais le café est très bon, ainsi que d'autre dosettes. Elle petite maniable est pratique, le réservoir est petit si vous recevez du monde à la maison cela peut devenir compliquer. Je ne regrette pas mon achat

Dolce gusto
Très compact, jolie design. Pratique de pouvoir choisir la température, Néanmoins par rapport à mon ancienne dolce gusto je ne peux pas faire couler mon thé directement dans mon thermostat de 500 ml. Voilà pour moi c’est le seul inconvénient…
