The media could not be loaded. My mother is an elderly, disabled woman who was looking for an aid such as this. Of course any item that can simplify life is appreciated and this certainly potentially does this. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions I can't visit her right now so the review does not reflect usage in the toilet department as due to cross contamination I don't wish to try an item designed for personal hygiene and then pass it on to another. I will update the review if in due course I receive any vital feedback.The shower head bottle attachment is small measuring 10cm long by approx 3cm diameter. It is therefore easily concealed within a pocket or bag. You require a small squashable bottle with a neck diameter between 21mm -25mm which you fill with water.There are rubber O rings on the shower head bottle attachment (with plenty more spares provided) which make the seal with the bottle. You can allegedly remove and reattach these again to get the correct seal - I did not need to do this as the O rings sealed my chosen bottle completely.To operate point showerhead at the required soaking point and squeeze the bottle.It is remarkably effective and could certainly be used for other cleaning purposes too.You do require a reasonable grip and the strength to squash.I like that there are three as they can be set up and left in the two bathrooms and one in the hand bag for out and about.I think it's a little overpriced.

If you travel like me very often, and especially to Countries like Indonesia, Malaysia, and so on, you know that the toilets over there, are most likely without toilet paper but they have a "rear-shower" to use.Now, not every toilet has it and sometimes you run out of paper.This is the best item to pack if you are traveling.It can help a lot also on long flights, or if you, like me, use the menstrual cup, to be able to wash it properly and refresh yourself as well.Absolutely great!

Bought these as I live in China and no public toilet has toilet paper. On the few times I've been caught out these have worked. Best used with hot water.

These are brilliant for all sorts of jobs. They fit different types of bottles with different size rubber seals, did not fit the biggest bottle in our fridge but all of the smaller ones. You just push them into the bottle as tight as you can. You also get 3 bags of spare rubber seals. I’m using them to water my seeds. Great quality products. Worth buying.

A great portable bidet adapter fits most plastic water bottles easy to squeeze to spray water out. It is useful to keep in bag and attached to bottle when needed to wash hands or for other uses. It comes with many washers which is so useful and comes in 2 colours and has 3 bidet too in case you lose one or to attach to another bottle.

The works really well, the plastic is soft enough to be very durable. Whats great is the portability. Very good value for the money. Just as good as an installed unit but cheaper, portable and no risk of leaking.
Petit, pratique, bonne étanchéité
Mes toilettes n'étant pas dotables d'une douchette j'ai choisi ce système d'hygiène intime après être passée au WC. J'ai adopté. Je l'utilise de façon journalière. Il y en a 3 dans la boîte : idéal pour le roulement de lavage et de désinfection. Idéal en trekking aussi.
