Love this journal, beautifully tooled leather. It is good colour, very tactile. Paper is quality, shame you can't replace when full, that would allow it to be used for many years without replacing. Smells of leather, little lock fastening. Good value for money. Make a good gift.

This is a beautiful notebook for the BFF, who has THE most annoying habit of always scribbling down notes, recipes etc, on scraps of paper, then inadvertently throwing them away, much to her own annoyance.The leather is really good quality, as is the paper inside, with beautifully embossed designs on both front and back covers, and has a very unusual metal clasp. The box was a bit battered, but then she never takes any notice only to what's inside it. I like the leather key fob that came with it as well. She's already using it, so, so far so good.

This book is absolutely gorgeous! The detail that has gone into making it really shows 😍 and the quality is great!!The only issue I have is that the box it comes in was moldy which was a disappointment because it would have been a lovely box to gift the book in!!

Got one of these notebooks for myself and my family they are fantastic quality and have beautiful covers. Prefect for our D&D games. They are of the upmost quality I would recommend them.

The product is very high quality and well made, the only criticism I have is that the back cover in the image doesn't match the back cover of the product I received, so I initially gave a lower review. However after being offered a full refund I've given a higher review due to good customer service and a very well made product.
2.0 out of 5 stars Unsolicited design and details different to advertised photos.
Disappointed to see the external design and detail of the notebook is different from the advertised photos, the actual product lacks the level and finesse of the detail shown. For example, compare the complete lack of detail of the tree leaves, or the background of the Celtic arch of my photos to the stunning advertised photos - the product actually received is considerably more basic in detail. Also the design of the rear of the notebook is entirely different to the advertised photos - the advertised Celtic roundel design is instead replaced with a suggestively stylised woman holding a Wiccan star - a bit awkward to give my niece for her birthday, and equally awkward if I bought the book for myself (being a man), but I’ve no time to find a replacement - and the rear flap design is again considerably different, with the advertised Celtic scroll border replaced with a more basic abstract design. The quality of the rest of the item is otherwise excellent, the paper contained within is of excellent quality and looks like it would hold up well with fountain pen usage. The cardboard box I received it in looked like it'd already been opened/closed a few times, though, slightly frayed and worn around the edges and corners, and there were two large unsightly barcode stickers on the main top of the box that were impossible to remove without damaging the box, making the box the book comes in less giftable. But ultimately it's the misrepresentation of the external leather design and reduction in embossed detail compared to the advertised photos that made me drop the three stars as I didn't receive what was advertised and has made me hesitant to order others for fears of further misrepresentation given the designs are essentially pivotal to the nature and feel of the journal (and deterministic of the content that will go in it), however, the rest of the item is great. If you weren't expecting the original level of detail and the unsolicited changes in the advertised outer design you would be happy.
Urban Leather Journals
This is not my first Urban Leather journal and it certainly won't be my last. Both the journal itself and the lovely gift leather key ring are so comfortable to handle and smell, like a quality book, and the high quality paper is sturdy enough to support inks and other methods of scribing. The problem is to pick the best design!

Estuve mirando varios diseños y finalment me decidí por este. El diseño es precioso, con una serigrafía de lobos delante y la Madre Tierra en la parte de atrás. El cierre le da un toque muy profesional y queda muy bien cerrado. Viene bien protegido en una caja de cartón con un llavero de regalo. Fue un regalo para alguien especial y quedé encantada. Lo recomiendo.
