I recently purchased an Xbox controller, and unfortunately, the original item arrived broken. However, after just a day or two of communication with the supplier, they quickly resolved the issue by issuing a replacement. The replacement arrived in less than 24 hours after our final conversation, which was incredibly impressive.I’ve been using the replacement Xbox controller, and it’s fantastic! While the service from Bolo was great, the service from the supplier was even better—I was genuinely surprised by how quickly and efficiently they handled the situation, especially for a company of that size.As for the Xbox controller itself, it performs exactly as expected. The quality you get for the price is amazing—the controller really does the trick! The buttons are smooth, the functions are seamless, and it has just the right weight. This was my first purchase from them, and based on this experience, I’ll definitely continue to buy from them in the future. Highly recommend!

the build quality, look, and feel of the controller are completely fine and good for the price. the analog sticks and all of the buttons feel fine but the important thing is that the analog sticks have a fairly significant deadzone. this means for shooters, or any other game that requires precision and microadjustments of the analog sticks, this controller is NOT suitable. the controller feels responsive enough other than this, but any small movements of the sticks will not be registered. if you are intending to play something that does not require precision of any kind, this is a good option though.

I purchased this wired controller to replace a similar wireless controller I had been using with my PC. Sometimes the wireless controller would lose connection for a few seconds which isn't ideal when I play a lot of motor racing games.So far I have been very pleased with this contoller. Build quality seems very good and overall feel of the controller is nice. Also the cable is a good lengthVery good controller for the money

Solid and functioned well while I had it. The cable is cheap and unbraided and began to fray revealling the internals after around a year or so but still in working order. No issues with the sticks or buttons. A good off-brand controller.

I'm not used to x-box controllers, so I can't compare to an original. The buttons are stiff and stopped working properly after 6 months. Not worth the buy, just save yourself the money and get yourself a proper one. Waste of time and money.

Perfect & accurate enough for Flight Simulator ✈️!
I have been playing using my Keyboard and mouse for a while just to get the basic controls down packed. But purchasing this controller for my PC is the best decision ever! It vibrates, works straight out of the box with Windows and doesn’t need any software to calibrate it. The dead zone is very minimal and hardly noticeable. Great for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Since it is recognized by my Windows PC as a Xbox 360 controller, all of the drivers and buttons were already mapped perfectly out of the box. Although it is a very cheap price compared to others, It is cheap enough where I could easily purchase another one if something were to happen and still come out cheaper than a Microsoft branded controller. Everything feels solid and the triggers work perfect. The cord is also very long. If your debating between this controller and another one, Just get this one! You will be glad you did!!
