Reading the other reviews on here, I think the important point to note is that this pre-workout powder seems to effect different people in different ways. I get a mild effect from it, don't get any tingling sensations in my skin or heart palpitations, and I think it tastes perfectly fine. But its effect must depend on your physiology.This pre-workout powder is very competitively priced. It is about half of the price of the Optimum Nutrition stuff. It possibly it isn't quite as high quality, but it's a great buy if you just need a basic pre-workout powder.I have found the taste (lemon flavour) to be perfectly fine. The initial smell of the powder reminds me of a cleaning product but once mixed with water it tastes absolutely fine in my opinion.I get a slight boost from this powder but nothing transformational. It helps me to maintain performance during a gym session so that the last few exercises can be as intense for the first few. It can also help me find that motivation I need to go to they gym after a long day at work.Overall, I think it is a good product for me but it very much seems to depend on the effect it has on you personally.

Usually go for ON or C4 with recently trying ABE, I've got to say this is the worst out of them all and if that means paying a premium for the other 3 brands I think I'll have to stick to that.It's a god awful taste that doesn't even resemble anything to do with a strawberry.Thought I'd write a review after the second use but just like the first use, no affect. No pump feeling, no increased concentration /motivation and no tingly affect (where you can tell there is beta alanine in the blend).

This Pre tastes Absaloutly horrendous, But… for its price I would reccomend it, also instead of having it with lots of water have it so it’s very dense , that way it’s easier to drink . End of the day caffeine is caffeine and it’s way cheaper than buying monsters 3x a week

This was the first pre workout I have tried and it is so much better than I could have imagined. I have recently started running and found that I could do about 6 minutes without needing to walk, I took half a scoop of the strawberry flavour (mixed with water and summer fruits squash - tastes like juice) and I managed to run for 28 minutes without walking. I haven’t yet noticed any side effects and have been using it for the past few days. Will 100% be restocking once mine runs out

I ordered this to help me with my workouts that I have just started at the gym. 1st impressions were great, cheap and a lot of portions for your money.2ndly the smell of the powder was insane it's smelt like cherry drops.But...I read the directions on the packet and used 1.5 scoops 30 mins before going to the gym..Within 10 mins of drinking it my face felt like it was constantly being stung by nettles, then this went down my neck into my back and shoulders... so unbearable I had to take my clothes off as the stinging intensified with anything touching the skin. After around 3 mins the stinging went down my legs and caused intense feeling. My lips and tip of my nose went numb. I honestly thought I was having a severe allergic reaction. Turns out there is an active ingredient in said mix that causes this feeling. Never again will I use this or anything pre workout again! Be wary

It came opened. It’s not a powder anymore. There’s hard pieces and it’s all dried up. I’m really annoyed because this was expensive. Wish I could get a refund.
