While they perform well, the nonstick coating can wear over time. Recommended for its healthy cooking benefits and convenience, but handle with care to maintain longevity.

Nice weight, nice pans
A new electric stove with a ceramic top sent me searching for new saucepans. I like the weight and color. The 3qrt size is an unexpected pleasure (apparently my previous pans skipped this size — it’s been quite useful). I appreciate the hefty weight as well as the clean-up ease. The handle and lid do get hot but I can adapt. I’m happy with the purchase.
