I have been taken the supplements for 2 weeks and i can honestly say i can see regrowth slightly already, my hair feels more healthy and thicker. My skin has also started to clear up, i suffer from acne on my nose and it is starting to look clearer and the spots are looking less raw. I will carry on taking these for the rest of the month and will continue to purchase another months worth to finally get my hair to grow more. :)

I take this supplement for tiredness and when I stopped taking them my tiredness came back ; which was proof for me they made a difference. Makes fatigue more manageable. Byproduct was my hair appears in better condition ie more lustrous.Thanks,Louise F

With all natural organic kelp, spirulina and green tea powder, this delivers a powerful anti-oxidant punch to your daily supplement routine. The bottle arrives neatly packaged in an attractive, easy to read box. It has a sheik metal top cap and a sealed for your protection top seal. The box and bottle are imprinted with the lot number and best by date. The bottle is clean inside and out. As you may have guessed, the contents smell lightly of kelp,.. the capsules are on the larger side,.. but the capsules go down easy with a full glass of water. The contents are vegetarian and vegan friendly and manufactured in the U.K. Care should be taken to stick to the recommended daily dosage, as increasing your kelp intake too much can lead to elevated iodine levels. Other than that small precaution, this is a great daily supplement to help you venture toward all of the health benefits realized when supplementing with Kelp and other essential greens. Will it stave off new grey hairs? 🤔 Only time will tell. 😅 But in the mean time, you can take it for it’s strong benefit to teeth, hair and nails; as well as your cardiovascular health. 😃 This supplement is very well packaged, put together; and each capsule is filled to the brim with high quality ingredients.
Differently notice a difference
Started using these about a month ago have not a difference in the effect on my nails they are a lot stronger this pills are easy to swallow and they don't have a bad taste
A bit expensive but actually noticed a difference
Supplements like these unfortunately take quite awhile to show results no matter their efficacy. Like up to 6 months usually for something like Biotin.However, while taking this consistently, I have noticed my hair falling out less and I have had more energy. They're easy to swallow and as far as I noticed, were completely flavorless. They're like skinny sweet tart shaped almost. Very easy for me to integrate into my other morning supplements.I like how the ingredients list is short and the amount of biotin is SUUUUUPER high, because I have a hard time absorbing certain vitamins and nutrients, etc. I have taken similar supplements that had multiple other things in it, they tried to be an all in one but those always made me sick I noticed no after taste, no negative effects and no nausea.I would have to honestly order a few more months supply before I could say for sure I have had noticable results with my hair, nails, mood, etc but the price is too steep for me right now.If you have the money to spend a bit on supplements each month and have been looking for a very solid Biotin supplement, look no further, as this really is the pinnacle in my opinion.I, like I mentioned, am unfortunately pretty strapped for extra spending so it's not worth it to me to shell our the dough for something I know will take a few more months to actually start showing results.I cannot afford good health, like a lot of people.If you can, I HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS PRODUCT! It has this far proven to be superior by simply not giving me nausea after taking it. That's a win in itself but why I think this is a notable supplement is because of the very subtle but sure and steady improvement I saw in mood over the course of a month or so as well as my hair loss
High quality supplement with clean ingredients and a hefty price tag
Simone Thomas Wellness Super Greens Hair, Skin & Immune System Supplements has a great ingredient profile. The capsules are medium to large but easy to swallow. I also like that it contains quality ingredients and its 100% natural.It offers many health benefits and after taking it for a couple of weeks; I tolerated it well with no discomfort or noticeable side effects. Unfortunately, I do think it is expensive compared to other high quality super-greens brands on the market. However, I do like the convenience of taking two capsules as opposed to measuring, mixing, and tolerating the taste of Super-green powder.Based on the labeling, it is advised that this supplement be taken daily for 6 months to achieve optimal results. While I do think its a great product, its a bit out of my budget to commit to using it for 6 months. Overall, I like the product and wish that it yielded positive results sooner.
