I am very impressed with the MasterClass Shallow Casserole Dish with Lid! I've been using it for a few weeks now and it has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. Here are some of the things I love about it:Lightweight: This is a huge advantage for me, as I have wrist problems and heavy cookware can be difficult to maneuver. The cast aluminum construction makes it much lighter than traditional cast iron casseroles, but it still feels very sturdy and well-made.Easy to clean: The non-stick coating makes cleanup a breeze. I've been able to easily wash it by hand with just soap and water, and it's also dishwasher safe.Versatile: I've used this casserole dish for a variety of dishes, from one-pot pasta meals to roasted vegetables and braised meats. The shallow depth is perfect for even cooking and browning, and the lid helps to lock in moisture and flavor.Heats evenly: The cast aluminum construction ensures even heat distribution, so I don't have to worry about hot spots or uneven cooking.Looks great: The casserole dish has a modern and stylish design that looks great on my stovetop or in the oven.Overall, I am very happy with the MasterClass Shallow Casserole Dish with Lid. Really like this product even after just 2 weeks we have used it almost every night in the cold weather. After looking at the cast iron alternative for a while we decided to go for the cast aluminium version for several reasons. Having used cast iron in the past I know how heavy they are, this version is much easier to handle. Secondly the enamel tends to get damaged over time - the aluminium version has a very durable non stick surface that has proven very easy to clean . Transmits heat almost instantly so speeds up cooking time.Only thing to remember is that the handles require good oven gloves as they get hot. Not a negative but if your starting cooking on the hob to seal meat or similar then you will need to be careful of hot handles.All in all I highly recommend this product- very pleased.

A great oven proof shallow casserole dish that worked well on my induction hob for searing meat . It cooked food evenly and was large enough to make a casserole for 8 people. The coated aluminium means it is light weight which is a bonus as I can no longer lift my cast iron casseroles when full of food. Food residue cleans off easily by hand or in the dishwasher. It is good value and I am pleased with it. It has had a lot of use as it is a versatile pan.

I love everything about this pan. Super heat conductivity on convection hob, looks good, light weight but durable and just the right size to cook just about anything.My only reason for 4* not 5* is that the handles conduct heat. A great shame. Dare you forget to use a cloth or oven gloves to move or pick pan up and you’ll get a bad burn. Don’t understand why manufacturers left this important part of the design out on an otherwise great bit of kit.

Love this casserole dish. Cooks brilliantly. Non stick. Cleans easily. Dishwasher safe. Not heavy like cast iron ones. Love the hob to oven capability. I know to use oven gloves for the handles and lid once it's been heated a short while so that's not a problem. Just weird that the black ring on the bottom is like a black chalk that comes off onto your hands. Washes off easily, just be careful not to touch anything in-between and mark your clothes and cupboards.Definitely recommend this product

I use this almost every week now for making a meal for the Night and meal prep for the next two, sometimes three days. The size is great for one/two people providing enough space to cook food for one meal and a couple of meal prep meals for following days. Oven friendly and hob friendly means you can cook a variety of dishes. Superb and would certainly recommend for any household!

Cast iron pans are too heavy for me, this pan is light and performs equally well. The only problem are the handles- they become dangerously hot even on the hob- I tried to cover them with foil, but they were still too hot. Hence one has to purchase the handles' cover that cost twelve pounds at present.
Non-stick, Easy to clean
Updated review: I wanted to update this review since I have used this dish for 2 years now. It is still amazing. We cook everything from sausages to rice inside and food still doesn't stick, and it still the easiest dish to clean. I'm getting another one for my mother-in-law.Original review: Great casserole dish! I only needed a casserole dish, mostly for frying purposes, but I want to figure out how to buy more from this set to replace some of my old pans. Also, I know it shouldn't be about looks, but this dish is also just so beautiful!
Versatile, you can fry on stove, transfer to oven, then to table...
Love these, have bought one for myself and grown up children. They are light unlike cast iron which is so heavy.Just use it for everything these days. Also just the right depth to make pies etc.
Lightweight but good quality
This is wonderful so far. You can start food on the hob then straight into the oven. It’s non stick but only time will tell how that lasts.. Trouble is with those lovely cast iron ones (you know the ones I mean) they are so heavy & when food added to them - too heavy for me. This is excellent for me as its lightweight.
Multi use pot
Can be used on the hob or in the oven and always non stick. We have used it for many types of cooking from casseroles to omelettes.
Ten cuidado!
Es perfecto aparte de los mangos gue quedan el caliente! . No se puede usa sin guantes! Por eso he quitado dos estrellas.
