    I bought this pillow a while back,and it holds it shape really well. It's very comfortable especially helping to ease pain in the shoulder and back. I recently ordered a second one, and it got lost in the post enroute to me, the seller was very prompt in replying to enquiries about the delivery and sorted it all very quick. A good product and good customer service.

    V neck pillow are very comfortable to use whilst sleeping, we had one before just needed to replace the old one.My dislike, the pillow case, it's not pure white, looks more cream. Now I have to purchase a white pillow case else where.Seller needs to change the colour time and out off white.
