    I bought this saucepan specifically for making caramel in. It works fantastically and washes up really nice. It has a fairly decent heavy bottom and the quality is very good. The lid is an added bonus although I haven’t used the feature of it yet, but I’m sure it’s great for cooking things like pasta in.

    The handle on the lid is a little loose. When first put on a stove, it smelled of rotten blood as rust came out from its welding lines. Anyway the pot is usable... at least for now. But it's really not worth the price.

    Great pan. No nonstick coating which is what we wanted. Can be put on just about any hob (we use it on AGA hobs and induction). Has draining holes on both sides of the pan lid and lips on either side of the pan for easy draining. I don't think you would want to put this pan inside the oven incase the grip on the handle melted. Doesn't take too long to heat the pan (especially on AGA hob, some pans can be difficult to heat up initially).

    The pan has a serious issue with the handle being attached to the body with just one screw. Even when it's new, holding the pan feels a bit loose. I've read many reviews mentioning that the handle falls off after a short period of use. This design is too risky and completely unreliable for safe usage.

    This is easily the best saucepan I've used and after years of cheap non-stick pans, I can't see myself going back.A summary:+ sturdy with a thick base and glass lid+ lid provides drainage, more convenient than using a colander+ excellent heat retention and able to withstand high heat (unlike non-stick whose coating deteriorates at high heats and can pose a health risk)+ easy to clean provided you use an appropriate amount of oil when frying. Dishwasher safe is a plus.+ long and comfortable handle making draining the pan's contents easy without having to grip too close and risking splashes of hot liquid or similarHonestly, no cons with this one. This is a worthy step up from cheap non-stick saucepans that offers longevity, quality, and convenience.

    Mooie pan. Stevig en zwaar genoeg, waardoor deze kwalitatief goed voelt en merkbaar is dat het een dikke bodem heeft. In de rand van de pan kan wel vocht gaan zitten, maar niet zoveel dat er veel eten tussen kan belanden van tijdens het afgieten.De greep is anti-slip.Fijn dat de pan aan 2 zijden afgiet geultjes heeft en aan twee zijden afgiet gaten van verschillende grootte.Ik vind het een fijne, goede pan en raad deze 100% aan. Niks op aan te merken.

    Die Cassarole ist für unsere Küche wirklich super geeignet.Der Fassungsinhalt ist reichlich.Waermeleistung bei Induktion ist wie ein Formel 1 Rennwagen.Freunde bei der Cassarole kann man nichts falsch machen.
