    I'm on the Atkins diet I've lost 2 stone so far! I have one of these keto bars for lunch everyday. I love them. I cant be without them.They are abit chewy slightly like a flapjack texture my favourite salted caramel, extremely low in carbs! If your serious about loosing weight get these bars!I buy these bars continuously they are a very important part of my Atkins lifestyle.

    Bought these in the past, they were soft and tasted great. My most recent box was awful, very hard, horrible taste and inedible. Had to bin them.

    the box arrived and I had a Bar for my lunch and it was lovely tasting and I remain full till teatime; then I had the other flavour bar the next day equally as good.

    Bought two different flavours chocolate and salted caramel. They are quite filling but taste odd, not sure why. Texture is like a block of plastic. Won't be buying again.

    These bars are lovely, a real thick, chewy treat, not overly sweet, just enough of a hint of salted caramel, real flapjack vibes. Hard to believe this has so few, clean ingredients with how special it tastes, will definitely buy again, more flavours to try too!!

    I've tried two other keto protein bars, Eva bold and Hilo. This is my third attempt. Love the Eva but wanted more purity. Took a tiny bite, and the flavour was perfect. Hilo flavour was vile. Salted Caramel. Am so pleased to find these. Now if you do a chocolate/orange flavour I will be in heaven.

    After being on the keto diet I thought would try something different. Nicely packaged but that is it. Tried coconut first more chewy than a bicycle inner tube. Was hoping the chocolate sea salt would be better but no. Quite possibly the worst “snack” I’ve ever had the displeasure of tasting. Drier than a snakes ass in a wagon rut. Going to give these to any Halloween door knockers doubt they will ever bother me again
