  • Troubleshooting below INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Towel dry and detangle hair. Plug the appliance into a suitable mains socket. Select the required heat and speed settings. After use, switch off and unplug the appliance. Allow the appliance to cool before storing away. IMPORTANT! Always keep the rear of the appliance away from the hair during use, to prevent it being drawn in through the rear air filter. Heat and Speed Settings There are 3 heat / 2 speed settings plus the cold shot button. Use the higher heat and higher speed settings for initial drying and use the lower heat and lower speed settings for styling and scrunch drying as the hair begins to dry.
  • Concentrator Nozzle Use the concentrator nozzle to direct the airflow as you style. IMPORTANT! Only use the concentrator nozzle on the lowest heat / speed setting. Diffuser Use the diffuser to enhance natural curls and create volume. IMPORTANT! Only use the diffuser on the lowest heat / speed settings. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE To keep your appliances in the best possible condition, please follow the steps below:
  • General Ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged and cool. To clean the outside of the appliance, wipe with a damp cloth. Make sure that no water enters the appliance and it is completely dry before use. Do not wrap the lead around the appliance, instead coil the lead loosely by the side of the appliance. Do not use the appliance at a stretch from the power point. Always unplug after use.Cleaning the Filter Ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged and cool.
  • Holding the handle of the appliance firmly, twist the rear filter to the left to remove. Using a soft brush, clean any hair and other debris from the filter.     I was very close to buying this in my local Boots. Thankfully I checked Bolo first and got it for half the price. I got a serious deal. Part of me thought this specific hair dryer wouldn't turn up, but maybe an older version. I can confirm it is the correct version! This hair dryer is super lightweight but sturdy at the same time. It's very powerful, way more powerful that my old GHD hair dryer. It has 3 heat settings, including the cool shot.

    Excellent hairdryer - extremely good value product. It is well made and has a solid feel and weight to it. Powerful and fairly quiet motor which dries hair quickly - cold air shot works well. I have only needed to use the lowest heat setting. The dryer fits in the hand comfortably and the long cable is a bonus. Highly recommended product which has a 5 year warranty!

    Great hairdryer, it drys like a professional salon hairdryer there is only one negative for me, I would prefer a medium heat button on this product, my old babyliss hairdryer had three options cool, medium and hot this one doesn't.If this had the 3 choices I would have given it 5 stars. I still recommend this hairdryer though as the end result of my hair is excellent.

    I bought this hairdryer when it was on offer for a fantastic price and am very pleased with it so far.Seems to do the job really well . Doesn't make my thick, curly hair frizzy at all. It comes with 3 different heads including a diffuser. I like the cold setting. Dries my hair in minutes.Also it’s really Lightweight and gives me the perfect curls in minutes ,Highly recommend,Comes under 2years warranty .Worth the price.

    This is a great basic hairdryer. It's lightweight and the right power to dry hair more gently than most other dryers. The concentrator nozzle is great and the temperature range effective but not harsh. My only criticism is that the control switches are very stiff. . But all round perfect for my needs and great value.

    If you want to create maximum frizz buy this hairdryer! I had to order a new hairdryer as my previous one broke from using a universal diffuser ( it was a great diffuser , made my curls really defined and barely any frizz) , such a shame it melted my hairdryer . Anyway, This diffuser is very high powered, the lowest setting is not low at all, it’s like the mid- high setting on most hairdryers, therefore it blows the curls around creating frizz.
