This is product is of a very high quality. I was advised for heat on my back (by my physio) I saw this and ordered it. Wow it’s brilliant! Very simple to use and the different heat settings are fab. Great price and delivery.

When i first tried it it didnt feel that warm and I was gutted. But after a couple of goes my goodness did it get hot! Especially under a thin blanket or duvet. I love heat but level 3 gets far hotter than i can manage. What i love about this us how versatile it is! I use it watching tv in the lounge. Put it in my bed while i brush my teeth and my bed is so nice and warm when I get back. I use it at my desk when working or to warm up my little ones bed but take it out once warm. Its not big but pumps out more than enough heat to make up for it and cable plenty long enough. The two things that could make it even better is a storage bag as not super attractive cushion when not in use and why oh why is there a large plastic label attached to front? Can be removed but just very odd. All in all a great buy which has made these cold days so much more comfortable and warm! Super happy!

Bought this cushion for my mum, who sits at a desk all day long and has been experiencing back ache. She says the heating function works wonderfully, but the cushion itself is also very comfortable and offers good support. The size and cord arrangement is also simple enough that she can easily take it to work and use it in the office without it looking distracting or wires getting in the way. All in all, excellent purchase and very reasonably priced too.

This is one of the smallest cushions I could find that had a good reputation for heat. It's a bit too big and hard to be comfortable, but it does get hot - there are three heat settings, I use level 3. That feels like hot water bottle heat without burning yourself. As it's hard, when I use it on my stomach, I can't exactly curl around it, like I can a hot water bottle, but it stays at the same level of heat for the 90 minutes before it auto-cuts out, so an improvement on a hot water bottle, there.. As others have mentioned it has a huge label on it, which is not pretty, and where the cable goes in the side it's awkward, but - it gets hot enough for me to find it comforting, and if I'm lying back on the sofa I can hold it against my stomach and it helps

I have a few heat pads but they don't really sit well behind cushions without constantly having to readjust so when I came across this, I had to buy it! It's quite possibly the best thing I've bought for a while.Pros:- It heats up well- It's very comfortable- It has a simple to use temperature controlcons:- I'm not a lover of the timer tbh- I just wish it was bigger!!

My partner has chronic backache and he has used Beurer heat pads for the last 8 years. He went through two heat pads in that time but whilst the integrity of the pad was lost over time, each one's ability to heat up remained after 3+ years.I decided to buy the pillow to try and give him a little more support. Initially, he was very happy with it and whilst I could see that the pillow was losing some of its sturdiness, it was still functioning well. However, after barely 4 months of use, its ability to heat up has failed, rendering it useless. I am sorely disappointed, especially as from previous experience, the Beurer brand seemed to represent reliability. Having gone over more recent reviews of the product, I can see this issue is not isolated to our experience.I have requested a refund from Bolo and will not be repurchasing.

I always used a expensive flat well named one from boots. 5 in total over the years, they didn’t seem to handle long haul flights for some reason, they would always just stop working after. Now I have switched to this pillow one not only is it great value you also get the extra comfort. Money well spent. It’s an excellent product and I would recommend it.

When I received this and switched on for the first time I absolutely loved it as it really helped my back pain ease , but just after 6weeks from ordering it , now it’s stopped working , changed fuse , still not working so I am very disappointed with this product, and I would not recommend it

Ich lese - auch in den Rezensionen - immer wieder: "Nach 90 Minuten Dauerbetrieb schaltet sich das Heizkissen automatisch aus." Das Kissen wird abgeschaltet, aber der Schalter nicht. Er blinkt ununterbrochen und wird unter einer Decke ziemlich heiß.Ich wünsche mir eine 4. Wärmestufe, denn so richtig gut wärmend ist das Kissen bei Stufe 3 nicht.Zum Wärmen der Füße könnte das Kissen meinetwegen etwas größer sein.
