I wanted to get some omega 3 back into my diet and didn't fancy cod liver oil so went for this. Much easier to swallow and more mild on the pallet. I take this as a supplement rather than something to cook or eat with so unable to review how well it would go with food.

I love this brand of Flaxseed Oil!! My husband and I use flaxseed oil on a daily basis; we add it to our smoothies each morning. Hubby insists on taking it this way, to disguise the taste - but I quite like the taste, and will often add it to toast, in my porridge, or just drink it with some orange juice. We take flaxseed oil for it's omega oils - but to ensure none of the oils have been damaged during the manufacturing process, we like to only take cold-pressed flaxseed oil. We store it in the fridge - although I know others may store it at room temperature, we prefer the colder temperature to prevent the oil from becoming rancid. The price for two bottles is really good - our usual brand is also 250ml and the same price - now we get 500ml! Great product, will definitely purchase it again in the future. Biona is great for us Vegans out there!

I was advised to take flax seed oil as part of a diet that I was on. This arrived well packaged and really secure, they were bound together tightly. The bottle itself is very nice looking, it's a dark brown with purple writing so looks nice and sleek. I have bought biona products in the past so I knew this would be good product and it didn't disappoint.I wasn't initially keen on using this as I don't really put oil on my food but this turned out to be really nice. Being an oil I expected it to be awful and thick in the mouth however it wasn't and doesn't have a strong taste. I drizzled this on salmon and really enjoyed it. I only have this twice a week as that's what my diet plan consists of so this will last a while. I have purchased this from the supermarket before which I found to be quite expensive so I was really impressed to find it on here for much cheaper and a pack of 2! This is an oil I would continue to buy and would recommend
