One of my dogs managed to pull herself backwards out of her adjustable strap harness, so I eventually changed to a step-in type for both dogs for travel and walkies. This seems much safer and seems much more comfortable with no stress points on the dogs. We also stopped using collars for walks some months ago because of risk of sudden death from strangulation! So obvious when you think about it. These are a brilliant alternative for safety! Made of very durable fabric.used to tso months now and I am confident they will last well. Fit was good on measuring. I bought medium for border terrier cross.

We bought this harness for, comfort, and because these harnesses are really easy to put on. Less stress for both dog and owner!Suzy our 1 yr old Patterdale x Lakeland Terrier has had 3 previous harnesses, one is very strong and durable, but cuts into the back of her legs causing her skin to become sore and red, the other came unclasped (came open) on a walk! Her very 1st harness as a young pup was exactly like this one, a red Ancol. and was perfect, so we have come back to Ancol.! They're strong but soft and comfortable. No skin damage...! Suzy is 9.1kg and her chest width( measured behind her front legs) measures 49cms. So she needed the medium size harness, it gapes very slightly under her neck, but the small /med size would have been too small. It's otherwise a great fit and she's very comfortable in it. It's a good secure fit won't come open, and appears very durable.

Harnesses are difficult to find that don’t enable a dachshund to escape due to their body shape. These harnesses are perfect. Don’t go over the head, which he hated and seem well fitting and comfortable. Lovely reflective strips for safety. Adjustable and secure. I struggle a bit with the clip as it’s quite difficult to open. My miniature dachshund has a size small. He’s 7.5 kilograms

Best harness I've have brought my strong pulling frenchie so far. The soft material and low neckline prevents my dog from choking himself on walks. Found it so easy to put on dog, due to him being calmer when putting this harness on compared to an overhead harnesses.Fit is not perfect but is okay. The harness seems to be reasonably sturdy, even if it does not look it.This harness has not fixed my dogs pulling, but it has made walks nicer for me and my dog.

Great harness, Easy to fit, I think it is comfortable on my dog - he doesn't get agitated with it. Plenty of size options and colours. Great harness for the price.
