    They taste fine.I didn't notice at first.I took one in the morning before work (I'm not a morning eater) so had 1 weetabix and a cup of coffee 7am.When I did eat a sandwich about 3pm, I could only manage 1/2 with a piece of fruit.I don't exercise but I am active with my job (10hr day), and felt more energetic as I am usually crawling home by the end of the day.By dinner time which for me is between 7-8pm I was hungry but still could only manage a lite meal.I mainly only want lite meals nothing heavy.I have not given up bread or potatoes, I have given up cakes and biscuits which was my staple diet.Will definitely get more.

    Is apple cider a myth?Yes and no!Depends where you go!I bought the original Goli gummies which were good ( but bloody expensive and had a nasty taste) they also gave me terrible stomach cramps at times.I came across many others. They're all rubbish. Well mostly. Especially the cheaper ones.I didn't have high expectations but I saw the benefits of these gummies within a week of taking them.I don't think I'll loose 10kg solely thanks to them but I do think it'll help in that area too.I feel great when taking these apple cider vinegar gummies. I prefer to take them after a light breakfast and in the afternoons ( not at night).I also see it helps me digest My food better and I have more energy during the day Atm. 100% down to these magical gummies.Anastasios

    These Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies with mother are absolutely grrrreat and scrummy too. They help with my digestion and I seem to have more energy and better sleep taking these, it could be the vitimin B12 helping with sleep and energy. I usually drink Apple Cider Vinegar with mother diluted in water, but these gummies I think are just as good, though in warm/hot weather sipping an ice cold drink of water with Apple Cider Vinegar is great. I would recommend these Gummies because they are sweeter than drinking water with Apple Cider Vinegar in.

    These taste really nice. The smell in the bottle is quite vinegary but the actual taste of the gummies is a sharp apple taste. I think they're doing me some good too.

    These are full of sugar. The texture of the gummies are grainy and they are huge. I would not recommend. I only decided to try these as the price for my normal ones went up

    I have been using for about a week and I can already feel the difference. I don't feel as hungry and after a meal I can go hours without a snack or feeling the urge when it comes to helping lose weight I think it will help in the long run as u don't feel the need to junk snack or eat extra for no reason. Taste good for what they are. Defo buying again
