Costano ma durano tantissimo
Sono costose, tuttavia durano una infinità di tempo. Per le stampanti Epson con testina separata è molto importante utilizzare inchiostri originali per la facilità di otturazione della testina. Gli inchiostri compatibili, chi più chi meno, tendono ad asciugarsi ed a otturare la testina. Ciò provoca la necessità di cambiare la testina, che costa, e invalida la garanzia. Oltre a dover subire le lamentele del centro assistenza.
